THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I come from Gauteng we were there just for a pit stop looking for something to buy, and I approached the meat deli and food deli, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food also tasted great. The Place is very neat and professional. I will definitely recommend them and do shopping with them when I come in the holidays! Thank you for the lovely service!! Me and my husband are very grateful!

Shoe what an experience. I took a snap of the shopfront and veg area, just to show the general feel of the store as I always do. I was approached by the assistant store Manager in a very hostile and aggressive manor. He was not happy with the fact that I was taking a photo. His reason being that it is a Family store and privately owned and he does not like me taking photos. I tried to explain to him that it was for my Google review but he said he did not care and i am not allowed photos. It is a public store and I cannot see the problem of taking a photo for free advertising?? I never had a problem with this before. Even stranger, we were then followed through the shop as we completed our shopping, not sure what they hiding?? This is a very nice shop, spacious with great variety. They are also priced rite. But beware, do not snap the camera, lest you want to be followed... very spooky

A very big applause to this awesome Pick n Pay, we come from Gauteng we went to this Pick n Pay to buy me food for the road and It was a great experience. The place is neat, clean, in order and the staff is over friendly I love it. My wife couldnt stop telling me about the staff at the food and meat deli how friendly these people are. Very neat and tidy...some good specials but also some items overpriced...overall enjoyed shopping in this store and will be sure to visit again...maybe have the staff to ve a little more friendly...no greeting from cashier and staff....

I love the store is very spacious, staff they really helpful but the Indian gentleman on the front desk is not friendly he cant even Greet you when you do ,he just stare at you. Maybe its because on my skin color I guess.

Fantastic.Brings back memories of wife who passed on on 5 Jan 2021 with covid.She enjoyed shopping at Ballito, although we lived in Pine Town.Also currently stranded for transport as I had an accident with my car, which is a write off.Will appreciate if someone can lend us a vehicle.

Always get friendly service at pick and Pay ballito. The shop is clean and well organized with sanitizers at entrance and protective sheets at checkout counters

My experience at pick was the worst, the assistance manager Novlen Gounden couldnt understand that had to feed to families, my dogs because they only limiting people to 20 items in the trolleys. One loaf bread per trolleys. I will never shop at this pick and pay again.

Their tellers are good and you dont usually get long lines at the tills.

Cashiers seem to have a competition with each other, who can be the most reluctant and sour. Seems to be the norm nowadays. Dont ask for cigarettes to be put through the till with your groceries, watching them being fetched is like slow motion underwater.

Always get good service. Just sad that in a cold day, there was no pre cooked soup available

I was asked to leave a game trolley outside i wasnt asked enough questions to gather weather the items in the trolley were from game or pick n pay only to find they were from pick n pay. The employee didnt apolgise for this.

A little more than ordinary compared to its counterparts as they have a decent bakery and produce section as well as a lovely deli section. Worth a shopping trip especially if you like healthy snacks...

Stocked well

Whilst the store is very neat and always stocked adequately, some of the staff make us feel so uncomfortable to do our shopping by following us through the isles. We are not shoplifters and can afford the stuff we pick despite the colour of our skin.
