Donald Lodge was a perfect stopover between JHB and George. Clean, tidy, hot shower, firm and comfortable bed and a good sized room. Good parking too. Location was convenient to be able to walk down the road for dinner. Ill definitely stay here again.

Only spend the night as stop over, the place was nice and clean and Ansie was very accommodating got a heater and hot water bottle. And best for for was it was very affordable.

Old style lodging with wooden floor boards, very noisy.

Beds very uncomfortable and definitely not pet friendly. My dog got out due to gates not being closed and the owner was rude and made sure that she will not take any responsibility. Spoke badly about other guests. No safe space for animals. Most stressful experience ever.

Safe off-street parking. Modern rooms with private bathroom, very friendly reception and host. Communal kitchen, lounge, braai area and stoep. Our dog was welcome with prior arrangement. Loved the look and feel of the exterior building, heard some roosters greeting us in the morning in the distance. Innie Kraal restaurant and other restaurants are in. easy walking distance from the accommodation.

We were blessed to meet both of them from Bloemfontein. 5 star treatment, I will always ho there on my way to CT. I completely recommend them to anyone going to CT passing Colesburg. What a bliss. We booked with safarinow..it was the worst experience I have yet had at a place. The woman was very rude and did not listen at all to what we told her. If you book through safari you must make sure of your ROOM NUMBER !!! I would not recommend a place for anyone overnight. So now we are on our way to Bloemfontein for a place to sleep !!
