Absolutely atrocious customer service - my family has been harassed by Ampath for account payment for an account that doesnt belong to us. Were getting nowhere in terms of getting through to them that theyve contacted the wrong account holders. And their contact number doesnt even work. Staff members are beyond rude and weve had the phone put down on us several times! Disgusting service!

Pathetic service from their accounts department. They will deduct from your medical aid even after you send them proof of payment. Had issues with them more than once.
