Got handed over for an account that I didnt know I had, as I never received it! When I called to find out why, I discovered they had an incorrect email address for me. Unfortunately for me I have to pay the attorney now due to their incompetence.

The people who do the COVID tests in the container outside the building are super friendly. Tested in the morning and got results early in the afternoon. Great service and would recommend everyone to do your tests here, especially if you are flying abroad.

After I called there office to ask about the covid test.I was told its just a walk in test. I did the 20min drive then got there to be told I need a letter from a docter I asked why there response was a dokter has to review if it is positive but I can test with my passport no question asked. Didnt have it with so I asked them who wil review if its a positive case and no response was given??? We are in the middle of the 3de wave of covid19 this is just a money making system.Vermaak & partners doesnt care for health just wealth!

They waited till 5.5 months after tests were done to notify you that medical aid did not pay and you have to. Its too late to challenge the medical aid and you cannot remember specifics
