You are guaranteed to get help whatever time of day. This medical facility is open 24/7 365. The only downfall is that they work on appointments and I mean its not like one knows when theyll be sick. They wont turn you away though as theres always an emergency doctor, at a higher rate though.

Bad experience- Rushed to Medipark at 01:00am with a sick baby. I waited at reception for the doctor and was told that the doctor was available. We waited for about 45mins without seeing the doctor and the receptionist could not explain why the doctor did not attend to us even though she was available and not attending to patients. We ended up leaving to seek help elsewhere. Unacceptable because Medipark is a 24hour medical centre

It was my 1st time at Medipark 24 today and I must say their service was excellent. This will mos def be my future health facility regarding all issues. The doctors are friendly and amazing.

It was our first visit late yesterday afternoon. We were welcomed to the facility and Dr Annelize Moolman assisted me in a very professional manner. The fact that it is a 24/7 facility with its own dispensing pharmacy makes it even better! Excellent service and will not hesitate to go back.

My mom is covid positive and she stayed with me and her doctor where she originally stay said remember weekends we are closed and that was a terrible feeling and Friday night het oxygen start to fall and saturday morning it was 84 and tou know you are in trouble. I did not know what to do and my friend told me go to medipark and i am so very sorry i do not kno the name of the doctor but he saw my mom in the tent and immediately arrange for a hospital bed. All i can say is thank you thank you Medipark and everybody running this operation because without you i do not know what i would have done. Thank you

They stay the WORST I dealt with. Got an appointment waited 45 min with no explanation why. Everytime during the 45 min wait, when I walked to reception Inget treated like if I just arrived. I canceled and drove to Unitas where I got BETTER & QUICKER service at Unitas Casualties than at this place.

Waiting time 40 min + with or without an appointment, went in to see doctor on call after 45 min to be told I need to be consulted outside and had to wait again. Had a sick baby and there was absolutely no sense of urgency.

We had an appointment with Dr. Annalize Moolman and I was very impressed She gave me advice for future reference and her approach was to treat my daughter as she would treat her own children. Would highly recommend her!

They took me off of medical aid patient and changed me to private patient without my knowledge. When I had to confirm, they said the medical aid was not paying as they are not network doctors and I was on a network option. BUT. My medical aid DOES pay, they just wont pay the full amount (meaning it is 350 paid out of the 470 or something). Even after confirming this, they still did not want to put me back on as a medical aid patient. I mean screw me for not having money for a fully covering medical aid, right? Its completely on me that I get minimum wage AND get sick. How dare I.

I went to Medipark friday and was seen by Dr Amy at about 19:00.She is a verry nice and good Dr and thoroughly looked at me and helped me.

I was at Medipark yesterday afternoon as a walk-in patient (not COVID related). We have been patients for 23+ years and have never had an issue with the care we’ve received.Thank you for your friendly and efficient service yesterday - from the gentleman signing us in and the reception staff to Dr Clive (extra thank you) and the pharmacy.

Pathetic service. Sick and elderly people have to wait outside the wind and rain to be assisted. Staff is highly irritated and not eager to assist. One doctor is sitting on her phone most of the time. The nurse outstanding is more concerned about patients not standing on the correct dot than the patients themselves. Not enough doctors to assist. We have been waiting for almost 2 hours. This is what has become of our health services.

False advertising, only the Doctor is there 24/7, the pharmacists knock off at 21:00. So sucks if you really just need an asthma pump for your kid in the middle of the night.

I give 3 stars to the staff and the way they treated all their patients I have been going there for the last few years I’ve never had an issue the doctors were all nice and the receptionists were always very helpful and friendly. I’ve never had a bad doctor when I was there but when I referred my fiancé to them as she was feeling a little sick everything changed. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly but Dr Michelle Lombard is one of the rudest doctors I have ever met, I think I will get better service going to a government facility. My fiancé had difficulty hearing her as she had a mask on and my fiancé had a ear infection. My fiancé asked the doctor to repeat herself as she could not hear her. Dr Michelle got very rude and snapped the question back. I saw my fiancé was getting a little uncomfortable to I decided to help answer the questions, and as explanations go you usually have to give nitty gritty details that could put the puzzle together well not to Dr Michelle Lombard as I was explaining she then told me that’s enough quite rudely I might add then went on to ask other questions. When you try and make conversation as one would do because going to the doctor is uncomfortable she ignores you flat out or she doesn’t even reply. This was truly one of the worst experiences I have had, I usually pay out of my pocket to go there because they do not cover my medical aid but after this experience I will not return to them.

The doctors are fine but the receptionists are soooo rude, they even drop the calls on us. Been trying to get hold of Dr Geldenhuys for two days I dont even think they give him a message.IM SOOOOO DISSAPOINTED.

I gad extreme stomach pain on Sunday and decided to go to Medipark simply because they were the only ones open. Upon arrival I was greeted by two very friendly receptionists. They politely asked me to wait. I was assisted by Dr Michelle Lombard. She was not a very friendly doctor and if you try to make conversation she just nods or just ignores you. I felt so uncomfortable. She examined me and asked me to go for an urgent sonar as she thought it could be a aneurysm or my appendix. On Monday i followed doctors orders and got the sonar. The sonars showed nothing. I made a follow up appointment and went to see her again. Again, no compassion. She examined me again. She then told me that she does not know what is wrong with me and that I should proceed with the medication she prescribed. Needless to say, my pain got worse and I decided to go to my GP Vicky Esterhuizen and she managed to diagnose me with a Peptic Ulcer while Dr. Michelle Lombard could not. It did not take long for Dr Esterhuizen to find the problem. Seems to me that it was just a money making thing. Will never go back again. First and last time they will ever see me..

I have been a patient at Medipark24 for 20 years. The doctors are formidable, they care and you are not just a cow in line to make money. They do everything possible to find the root cause and if they spot something different for what you there for,, they treat that as well.. All the support staff are always helpful and friendly even if they are swamped. Best medical centre in the country if you ask me

Medipark staff is mediocre but friendly, they was a very loud screaming fight amongst employees at reception when I was waiting, others had to intervene, very unprofessional/unprincipled. Doctors do not honour their appointments and keep patients waiting, without notice till you are forced to leave. Terrible service, should have left when I saw Drs behaving like hooligans in front of patients. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE

We made an urgent appointment on 2018-08-22 and we got excellent service from Dr. Michele Laurence. Although we saw her later on the evening(around 8 pm), she gave us all the advise we needed and more. Its rare to find a doctor who is passionate about her job and her patients.

Thank you so very much for your willingness to be available for the public 24 hours. Your sacrifice is very much appreciated. Dr Chandre was so wonderful with my 3yr old at 23:30 in the evening and her prognosis was dead-on. Be blessed.

I would like to thank a very special Doctor who really went out of her way to help us when my fiance was very sick 2 weeks agoDr Shandre (hope the spelling is right) the night shift doctor.. went out of her way to find out what was wrong and every evening when we went there was so kind and helpful and empathetic . Today I was unfortunate to see Dr. C. Bergh and honestly I have never been made to feel like a liar by any dr. before, however Dr. Bergh made comments inferring that I am not truthful even suggesting that I am contradicting myself. It truly felt like an interrogation.

I took my son to Medipark at midnight hours, as it was recommended by a friend. I must say I cant complain about the service. The receptionist and doctor were very friendly and helpful. And to get your meds at the same location, was a big bonus! It was my first time and I will definitely make use of their services in the future.

Been going to Medipark for 10 years now, dealt with several drs. My current favourites are Dr Michelle Laurence and Dr Michelle Lombard. Always receive good compasionate and knowledgeable service from them, never feel rushed. Can really not complain about the practice. Dr Laurence is always on time as well.

I have gone to Medipark since 2016, and I have had a great experience. For kids I always prefer Dr Michelle Lourens. Yesterday (16/09/9)I had no choice cause I was so sick i had to take any available appointment. Unfortunately it was Dr Bergh. After waiting an hour for him he started with mumbling something couldnt figure out what he said. After informing him of the number of symptoms I had from muscle and joint pain nausea inability to eat or drink something. He could only prescribe a painkiller. He even informed me that I was also exhibiting with dehydration. After I had told him that I had left work early as a result of fever and not feeling well, I still had to ask him for a letter which he wrote he treated me with headache and back. Now Im sitting at home burning have to see a doctor my chest feels like its on fire. But I never wanna see that doctor again.After experiencing what I deemed bad service from Dr Bergh, I would like to express my gratitude to Dr Marie who called up and offered to re-examine. Its good to know that the practice cares about its patients.

Also very good and fast service. Have never been there without an appointment and have seen three different doctors. Doctors take their time with consultation which is a rarity these days.

I am at Medipark since 2003 and always received excellent care and service. It is not an emergency ICU, it is a medical clinic. So for emergency cases go to a hospital such as UNITAS or wait your turn if you just show up. Be sensible

I’m so disappointed with the service I got tonight. I went to the Medi park looking for something to stop diarrhea for my daughter I got there at 21:20 I was told to wait for the doctor since the pharmacist has already left, ok I didn’t mind I waited since I told im be assisted after one patient. Other patients came after me also for over the counter meds and were assisted before me. When I went and enquired I realized that my file was never taken out by the 2 incompetent receptionist and now the dr didn’t wanna assist claiming I left and came back where else I was there all this time and she said I need to start the queue again. When I was about to pay I had to wait another 30min because the patients in-front didn’t have money in their account so had ask some deposit money for them, so u was made to wait another 30min to finish their transaction before I could’ve assisted. I hope Dr Landman will do something about this, I have been a client there for morethan 8 year, but this kind of service is uncalled for.

After that experience I vowed not to come back again to your practice. Pity this same doctor still has to give me my blood test results (I wonder with what attitude - if you can hand over that responsibility to another doctor I will appreciate it as I cannot deal with this doctor again, makes me more sick). I brought in my son today and was booked with Dr. Sunita Ramjee. What a sad service, no hello, my son is 16 months old, she literally shoved that wooden thing used to open a patients mouth down his throat. She was happy to tell me a temperature of 37.5 shouldnt be of any concern but no guidance as to when one must worry.Disappointed, one has to drive to Unitas always I guess!

Me and my fiancée always go to medipark for their friendly caring doctors and always have taken the childen there when they got sick. My fiancée had a outstanding account which she pays off every end of month when we get paid but here is where i got severely upset with medipark.Everytime just a few days before payday the would leave messages in her phone and even on my phone warning her of the outstanding balance and even threatening to hand her over to their lawyers. Now with just R175 left to be paid they send her a message today that her name have been handed over for bad payer, this is absolute nonsense as they could clearly see that she is paying off the outstanding amount im furious over this and wil never use any of their services ever again. Today my fiancee went to medipark to pay the final payment where she was directed to a lady from the accounts department, my Fiancée told her shes there to pay the last outstanding amount and had the rudest response from her, she told my fiancée in a rude manner its about time you paid, after she did in fact pay medipark every month to close the outstanding balance, my fiancée then asked her if it now wil be possible to clear her name off the pad payer list now that she is paying the final amount. Here is where things went bad yet again, the lady got personal which i find unprofessional from her side, she then told my fiancée that she had tried to phone her and that my fiancée accidentally answered her phone and told her her also in a arrogant rude manner that she could hear her talking about her ex husband which has absolutely nothing to do with her? Why does medipark account staff eavesdrop on customers phone or is it part of youre policy to do so?? If not then i really think this should be looked at by a senior person there, this was really uncalled for and a big shock to me that customers are being talked to that way she was just there to pay the last amount and this is the service she got from medipark, my fiancée came home in tears after that ordeal and this made me sad and upset when i saw her like this. I expect a written apologie from from this lady or from whomever is in charge there because this was unexeptable.

I received bad service from 2 doctors I visited, each twice and they still could not help me, save for Dr Bouwer whom i didnt get to see again. The medication prescribed worsened my condition. I would not advice this a reliable practice.

Today I had an appointment with Dr Clive Landman. I was delivered by him when I was born and he has always been our reliable friendly life saver, but not today. I waited till 11:30 and did not get to see him as a kind lady with blond hair asked if I would like to see another doctor. As I was in a lot of pain I said yes please. Dr Hollander took me immediately and saw I was in a great deal of pain and was extremely dehydrated. Turned out I have colitis and needed to be put on a drip for pain/hydration and inflammation. Thank you Dr Hollander for the amazing treatment however today someone I saw as my hero and a great man lost a lot of my respect and has fallen. Reliability should be a doctors greatest stride but today Dr Clive Landman was the furtherest from it.

1st time: brought a vomiting infant in emergency only to be told to wait as they have people who made an appointment. Had to rush kid to Unitas Hospital where a specialist was called to operate on the baby due to severity of the case.2nd time: Made an appointment only to get here and be told I cancelled. Who cancels an appointment and then shows up?Attend at your own perile here!!

Excessive dissatisfaction with the diagnosis of doctors working there. Was the 27th April at Dr. Lee-ann where she moved anitbiotia and said my baby had sinus.Exit May 5th after my child is still sick and worse. All night crying. Nick out. Other medicines prescribed for breast and celestamine. Monday she was still crying and very sick. Monday school confirmed a case of RSV virus noticed by other child.I call medi park and Dr. Nick was not available. Talk to sisters. Tuesday, my daughters condition worsens. Call medi park explained as to receipt. Ask that Dr. Nick paused me because a case of RSV virus was confirmed at school. We make the decision to take her first-time pediatrician. Dr. Nick called us three hours later after I made clear that he was threatening. Then we were already sitting at xstrals at Unitas which confirmed my daughter had pneumonia. And should be taken immediately to get oxygen and drip. So 2 doctors later and a pediatrician. So scary !! And confirmed at Kloof hospital she sustained the RSV virus.

I have been there a few times and every time I get a lot of good service there will not easily move to another place
