I was told to wait for the availability of the isolation room while waiting outside. 5 patients requiring the same isolation room as me, came in and out while i waited. Only when i made noise was i let in.On a brighter note i could barely walk when i arrived as i was dizzy from COVID, but the waiting got me better i could walk without any dizziness and their meds helped instantly within 3 days i was healed. I am Dr Roux`s patient-he talks fast and less yes intimidating at times but i like him.

Great facility, friendly helpful stuff and strick adherence to COVID19 protocols.

Saw Dr Roux yesterday. He was late, and when he finally saw me, he was rude, cold and unsympathetic. He seemed like he just wanted me in and out as fast as possible. The reception ladies seem to ride the coattails of the god-complex which their cold doctors employ. If you are feeling unwell, consider giving these guys a skip. Will not be going back. Very disappointed.

Great medical centre and one is helped quickly. Personally I go Dr Truscott who has always been very helpful. I never had an issue with reception that others have mentioned.

Always found good hospitality and professional service at Healthworx. They helped us on number of times, mostly at odd hours.

Very dissapointed with healthworx after receiving good service from them 6 years later i get a call from debt administrators that i owe them for the last visit in 2014. i remember this day so clearly as the electricity was off so they could not process our paperwork. after giving them our medical aid card as well as my id number i assumed all was sorted and left. fast forward to 2020 october debt collectors calling me saying i owe healthworx what would have been a R350 INVOICE IS NOW R650. this was pure negligence and incompetence on their admin side as the medical aid details were never recorded and it shows on the invoice they sent . i cant believe this very disapointed . Please make sure they take your details properly and follow up with your medical aid to see if it is processed. lesson learned here!

The admin staff are atrocious.

How many times do you have to tell them you are ill? I dont go there for fun. I was so out of it, I lost my wallet and glasses on the way home. Not even clear how I got home. So for two weeks worth of groceries money, I got a pat on the back and told to go get bed rest. I dont think they will see me again either. I will heed the lady below and go to that doctors from now on.

I tried calling and the lady at the reception (Marie) was so dismissive telling me about how busy they were. She was rude and impatient. Thank God I got help from one of the sisters who seemed to know what she was doing. This was not my first unpleasant experience with the staff in the Centre.

Dr Roux is so not friendly, he is rude, impatient and unsympathetic. He didnt explain anything to me, he just wrote me a script for the meds and said were done. When I asked questions you could see that he is getting irritated and he gave me quick and short answers just to get me off his face 😔

Excellent practice, Dr Roux is brilliant as he has been for many years.

Really bad experience today with dr Roux, rude, unsympathetic and impatient.If someone visits your practice on a sunday they really dont feel well, didnt tell my daughter his diagnosis, just wrote a script and rushed her out. If you cant handle patients properly dont work on a sunday. pay xtra for a sunday but get nothing for it.

I went there yesterday with a 10 month old who was unconscious they told me about appointments and they will only assist us after 7:30pm. Very rude and not welcoming

Reception ladies and their telephone manners are horrible.

Health-Workx Medical Centre in the Centurion Mall has professional doctors and nurses ready to help anyone in need of medical attention.

Dr Cronjé is an excellent dr. Did miracle to my husbands excema.

We make bookings and then the day before they just let us know sorry the doctor is not available anymore.

Nice and clean and the staff are efficient

My daughter had a merina put in. She was in terrible pain from the insertion. A day later we had to rush her to the emergency rooms. Unfortunately they just dosed her with pain meds and asked her to go to a gynae. We took her back to Health worx only to be given a round about how the problem was not the merina. After insisting that it be removed, they said she was too swollen in the area and couldnt remove. I certainly will not receive this place.
