After sharing an authorisation letter from my medical, a different code was placed on the invoice and now my medical refuses to reimburse me. I contacted the receptionist twice and she was quite rude and blatantly refuses to assist. Service up until this point had been great and the doctor very thorough, but the reception....I am so disappointed, in todays day and age people still get away with that kind of service, shocking.
