Great shop. Willing and friendly staff. Only criticism is the trading hours. Difficult to get there in before closing time during week afternoons. Other than than that great.

Their service is great. Their advice on point. The staff know their products and go the extra mile to assist customers.

Very empty shop .no help... cluesless sales man .wish they could offer a service where they make stuff for u .when I asked them for a handy man they said he died. So life and shopping still goes on ..Not interested in going the xtra mile ..they can sell alot of stuff if they willing to help...Please we need u to cut wood,join a table if u must do a handy man section.. instore lots of ways to make more money .your store seems cold and sad when a client enters .maybe add some paint and some music 🎶owner dont say we can get someone to help when a customer send a bad review improve your staff, train them,get proper people ..you loosing business,how you paying your rent with such an empty store????do u have other branches to pay this stores rent .Improve service Add that handy man section we will support you.

Its a mixed bag, usually dont have what you need. The staff is helpful and friendly, but not knowledgeable. Usually only visit this place because it is close to my home, but on multiple occasions walked out and had to drive to a proper hardware store.

Last time I was there. Could not get anyone to assist. Asked guy at the till if someone could assist but was not able to get anyone to help me. Ended up leaving and going to builders.

For a smaller Mica they have a fantastic selection of products and the layout makes it easy to find what you need.

They used to be good but lately you have to wait in the queue for a ridiculous time. My company used too go there at least once a day but its better to move my business elsewhere.

Friendly service and fair prices, I have been getting all I need in terms of sundries here. Dont expect a very wide range, I would rather get steel and timber from Builders or Chamberlains for now. They have sand and stone and paint. Good store.

Thumbs up to Centurion Mica! We walked in looking for various items in various isles. ONE attendant could help us with all the items we looked for. Their service beats many of the bigger hardware stores where you are not a client, but merely someone irritating the attendant. Mica is totally different, Small, but an amazing experience!

I really like shopping here. They have a surprisingly large range of stock for a relatively small round-the-corner store. Staff are well informed and helpful. It is easy to buy and then load long/heavy goods at the back of the store.

Absolutely incredible service. So much so that when the quantuties started to accumulate, the manager (I think), of his own volition, went to find bulk quantities that were cheaper, without me even realising the options. This is not even mentioning the patience and professionalism in advice offered. On top of that, after comparing prices and advice, I found them to be cheaper than your larger stores and better versed. Well done!

This is a hardware store that has everything you need. On one or two occasions they have efficiently ordered an item I needed that was not in stock!The staff are eager to assist and discuss the DIY problem you are working on, knowledgeably. You come looking for tools and you leave with a solution! Great!!

This is a store with a variety of general hardware, tools, electrical & plumbing products, paint, wood and metal related products, some building material and much more. They also have a gardening section with all the basic stock you need. You can buy/refill gasbottles there too.
