This Mica has lots of potential. Located in a prime area away from other big shops. Enough parking. Prices competitive depending on what you are buying of course. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. Unfortunately they are not well stocked, always something out of stock. This is an issue with so many competitors in the area.

Friendly service and helpful staff always. However, the hovering around you can get annoying.

The gentlemen in the store did not have what I was looking for and at the end of their working day they decided.to go the extra mile by using multiple components to create what I needed. Friendly service but they charged me more for key cutting than Mica in Celtis... Went to them because Mica Celtis ran out of stock of the key I needed.

Below standard expertise of the sales consultant selling me the wrong product cost me wasted time and money.I had to exchange the goods at the specific Mica, 25km away for they are all run independently.

Advertised products not in stock day after pamphlet dropped. Why? Im wasting my time and money driving to Clubview with very little in stock.

When the cashier gives you a bad attitude because you dare say that the price on the system is 50% higher than the price on the shelf, they dont just lose the sale, but also the customer.
