We decided to rather leave.This is not the first time, every visit has been without joy.We to Chamberlain, amazing service.Builders, do yourself a favor and go to Chamberlain to see what customer service looks like.

Went to the Builders at Lifestyle Center. They went out of their way to find the paint I required. Kudus for them. Their other staff are also very helpful.

This is a big builders with a good selection of products. It is very dirty though. The staff are typical builders staff and might as well be at home.Chamberlains is close and have very helpful staff.Customer service counts.

Renovations going on, cant find anything, pricing on shelves doesnt match what you are charged at the till, that is when you get to the till, their queuing system isnt working and the staff is very unfriendly.

Absolutely shocking experience fromBuilders Warehouse Cemtueio/Lifestyle Center. I promise to never go back there. Cutting of boards section must be closed. Went there yesterday and was told 2 staff members that work there didnt come to work. I was told this after paying. Had to wait to be refunded.Today, i went again. Arrived at the cutting of board section again and was told, i must wait they need to look for the staff that work there, i waited. The guy walked slow like a tortoise. Eventually arrived. I asked him to please make it a bit faster. He pointed me with papers in my face and told me i must not teach him how to do his work, I can go and complain to his Manager. Went to Wynand De Klerk,, complained and 10 min later Sir De Klerk told me i must come back later cause they have orders from the weekend waiting. I told him after such shocking service he cant cut x4, 1.3m boards. He said nope he can deliver it but hes not promising. Jerrr.Whats a service delivery. Ill never go back to builders Warehouse Centurion again I swear.

Non-Existing service and assistancebuilders warehouse Centurion: absolutely disgusting service, or shall i say: total lack of.went there on Saturday morning, specifically to the wood and boards section. there were three gentleman sitting down at the MBF boards, and i asked if any of them were able to assist me in finding a specific product. I was not answered. i walked over to the yard entrance, and asked someone yet again: Could someone please assist me in finding a MDF sheet? I was sent back to the section I just came from. After a while, a fourth gentleman joined the original three, after finishing what he was busy with. I walked over, and asked him for help. He said the one gentleman that had been sitting there all along, would help me. I asked this gentleman: have you been watching me since I got here? He said yes. Did you hear me ask the three of you for help? He said yes. At that point I lost it. I told the three of them they could keep their wood, and that I thought they were absolutely useless. I left and went to the other supplier down the road. Strangely enough, they were MUCH busier than Builders. I bet it is because of the poor service!!!! Builders Centurion will NEVER see me again.

I like shopping here, but am starting to get disappointed. A product which was confirmed online to be at the shop wasnt. Few months back it was paint. The system said that paint was in stock but it couldnt be found. I normally check availability online first so that I dont waste my time and effort. Your staff are your greatest asset though. Friendly and willing to help.

Large well stocked store. Still find it a little hard to track down help when you need to ask a question. But otherwise a good experience with everything you would expect from a big BW.

It was okay people who work here dont know how much products cost they first said 5k for a pool and the it was 1,6k when i showed them on their website

Quick and convenient. The Locksmith service was open and I found the locksmith to be knowledgeable and helpful. My details were taken to follow up on an item which was out of stock. Treated myself to a cup of coffee from the Cafe inside the store. Delicious!! A one stop shop for anything DIY.

Went to buy a generator, the guy helping me had no clue about the various options. I kept on asking are the generators on the floor the only ones available and he confirmed. After almost 30 minutes of frustrations I decided to leave only to find the generator that I was looking for near the exit.

The staff is the worst, nobody wants to help. Had to drag one of the technicians to help me find a product because everyone else acts like youre disturbing them from their job. Warehouse/collection staff are great though.

They lied about stock availability on a lawnmower/weedeater combo, I went to the store found both items and all of a sudden they want to charge me more than double because aparently ryobi told them to split the items and charge them separately!

Picked up an online order from this store. The experience was ok. But some the items in the collection bag were either missing in or incorrect, according to the order placed.This lead to a collections clerk having to run back and forth between the store shelves (or perhaps the stock room, Im not sure) and the collections counter. A lot of time was wasted unnecessarily in the process.Apart from this, placing the order online was a convenient way of shopping and was a deciding factor in my making use of Builders Warehouse to do my shopping at.

The worst shop ever waited forever to find someone to help then asked 5 different people to help eventually called the manager who never came and one of the floor employees started shouting at me when I asked for the 5th time when is someone comming to assist us. I left the shop and went 4km down the road to Chamberlains where I got the best service and most friendly staff and better prices. I will never support any Builders again.🤬

Truly pathetic, they cannot even register you for the service you need to buy from them. I had to get a builders card to be able to have wood pre cut . It took them more than a hour to register my card, when I finally got back to the wood order the card still did not work. I wasted an entire morning for nothing. Proving once again to me that buildersWarehouse Centurion is pathetic.

Service has improved a bit since a few years ago, but still not great.The staff is not very knowledgeable about the layout of the shop, so you can find what you need. For example, we asked about barn doors and barn door fittings. The staff member working in the door section could not tell us in which aisle the barn door fittings were.We were also looking for their multi plugs that you could extend by buying extra attachments. There were plenty of the extra attachments, all hanging under different prices for the same type of attachment, but none of the base multi plugs with the power cord.The staff also act like they are doing you a huge favour by just listening to you.Visiting Builders is an exercise in frustration tolerance, I much prefer Chaimberlains for their great service and knowledgeable, friendly staff.

Takes forever to get staff assistance. Asked 2 different staff members to point me to an item I know they carried.. Both didnt eve know what I was talking about and said they dont have it. After wondering around myself i found it along with multiple variants of it. The floor staff are pretty much useless. This is not the first time either. If I have to choose between builders and Chamberlains I would definitely go to Chamberlains.

Hi Builders. Friendly staff and good products. Unfortunetly staff messed up while helping saw wood to size so that it could be loaded. That did leave a negative taste. Better equipment and staff training could have prevented this

Its an excellent place to buy various building and household stuff under one. They have a wide variety to choose from.

Builders Centurion needs less than 1 star but that unfortunately isnt an option here. The staff are absolutely useless, I left without buying what I went there for, purely out of frustration with their non existent service. That place sucks.

The cashier was racist and did not want to assist me because of my nationality saying my kind likes to argue in setswana to her peers thinking I dont understand. I have witnesses and she denied it. I was told to send an email to the manager with my grievance. Besides the one person who spoiled my day, the ladies and gentleman who assisted me were polite and helpful.
