We stopped there this morning to fill the car with petrol and waited there for a while, no one came to attend, there was one car next to us where 2 sasol staff members were assisting, one was pumping the tires and the other one was going to put in oil, why is two people needed to assist one car. After that another staff member came walking to that car just talking to the other two staff memebers and we still werent assisted. We didnt have time left to wait any longer and drove off to look for another petrol station to put in peteol.Where is all your staff sasol? Only 3 people to assist?

It is also important to report Good Service done by the attendants at the garage.The garage must also make sure that its first come first serve. what I realize some people they dont want to queue. Those people are good in sending the complain about bad service. Our Sasol garage Please investigate all those matters serious. We must be treated equally.

I use this service station from time to time i have never come across rudeness or any bad service of some sort, what i have realized with some people is that they fail to appreciate the kind of good work that our people are doing, these people are putting in some hard wok there to make sure we get good service, however in life u will never satisfy/please everyone, n we must understand that there people out there who are just here to tarnish others good names, others find pleasure when they see others suffering, without employment, we have lots of our brothers and sisters who loose their jobs because of incorrect evidence. let us come together south africans and love one another, one does not have to loose an employment because of me, lets think about that.

Poor service! Asked attendant to fill tank with 93 unleaded, he then told me my cap is on other side rudely. I told him i am aware its on other side than what pump is. He then said i have to move he is not going to pour petrol if i dont move. I then told him fine, i will support another garage. Happened on 2 Jan 2020. 15:00 -15:10. Silver fiesta. Sorry but will not support if this is the kind of people assisting.

I use this petrol station on a weekly basis, you will receive friendly service once every 12 weeks if you are lucky. Place is well maintained, clean, but most of the time when there is a fuel increase they have no fuel the day before, which is quite strange. Would easily choose another station if on my route.

Extremely rude staff working at the shop counter on 16 Feb 2019 at 18:15. Flat out ignored me. Pretended not to see me. Better to avoid the Sasol shop.

Will never see me again. The petrol attendant (a lady) was so rude. She cant even say hi or smile back at you!

Highly recommend that you avoid this place at all cost, rude service at the pumps and inside the shop.
