We recently stopped here with 5 boys to get some McDonalds, so it was a bit hectic. After getting home we realized that one of the boys had left their jacket and phone on the table. When I returned Tlolo recognized me without me even asking and said she had put the jacket and phone in the office. Excellent service. Food is always good. And I am now so impressed with the service that this 5 Star Review is the least I can do to say thank you. Well done team Irene!

Uber eats order missing 2 x 10 chicken nuggets, coke zero not indicated (diabetic, so its an important detail), McFeast spicy was regular instead of spicy. Very poor service. Reported to Uber as well.

Its been a while since I have actually walked into a McDonalds. I needed a caffeine injection so I decided to give them a go.I must say. I was impressed. This McDonalds seems to have undergone an upgrade. It seems to be all new and modern. I like those screens when you just walk in where you can actually place your order.Anyways, it was clean. The service was good and my overall experience was positive. Go McDonalds Irene Village Mall.Now lets get all the other McDonalds up to this standard.Thanks for the coffee :)

On my way home this afternoon, I stopped by Mcdold Irene to buy two small cappuccinos in store.To my surprise, these were not prepared using the coffee machine in McCafe but rather the one in the drive thru. The taste is not quite the same as I have bought these several times from other McDonalds around Pretoria and Kempton park and they prepared using the coffee machine in McCafe. McDonalds has to be consistent in their service.

The service is amazing. The staff is very friendly and make the place feel like home. The food looks amazing. Havent eaten there though. I wasnt buying but the service they gave me was just incredible.

A friendly welcome followed by the representative asking if we knew how to use the electronic menus to order, we were also told what was unavailable before we were shown to a seat. Our order was also brought to the table with a smile.

Waited a extremely long for a cappuccino.Took 5 minutes to exsplain that we are saying tall cappuccino and not 4 cappuccinos.Staff is not very friendly.Cuppuccino turned out to be disgusting

Well we a nice tasty burger then when I was leaving I had a flat wheel outside so I put on my spare one on and with all the late night hard work my tummy decided to get lose and no time to waste ran inside pasted waiter and that save the day . The burger did not make the tummy lose the hard work did but at that time the peoples that work there were locking up for the night . Thanks guys for the use of the toilet

Slow service. Untrained staff couldnt hear what I said. Didnt have doughnuts, but 5min later gives it to the next customer

Coffee was cold and the staff are very noisy. Could not hear myself think.

Get your order messed up more than half the time.

Drive through was not available so had to get out in the rain and enter the building, which under COVID is exactly what you want to avoid. Then they had no coffee lids... So needless to say I was not impressed.

Service is slow on the inside.Needs improvement on the coffee.

There was a glitch with their drive through system, but as a team they got a tablet out, and took orders as we were driving up to the drive through window. Friendly staff too.

I was disappointed with their service, placed my order in store. They were very quick, but when they gave me the goods, I specifically asked them if it is complete and they affirmed this. I was upset when I arrived home and found that two of the 6 orders was not amongst the food.

Typical McDonalds but their family toilet was a lifesaver with our grand kid. Neat and clean too.

All I can say is, Extra hashbrown please 🙂

Long and slow queue during lunch time. Had no stock of some drinks that were displayed on the specials. Had to ask to get a replacement at no extra charge which I got. Pity though that that was not a given without asking. Food was good, liked their hot and crispy chips.

Manager seems inconsistent on pricing of ice. 5 McDonalds Ive been to around Pretoria i could buy ice in large cups. Its only in irene where a price and a cup size has to be verified .by the manager or supervisor before processing the transaction. In actually fact McDonalds irene village only sells small cup ice for R2.00. Few instances i had to buy 2 small cups at R4.00. Meantime, McDonalds in Waterkloof Ridge sold me a large cup by R2.00.I turn to get a feeling of McDonalds irene village staff unfriendly when i drive thru for to buy ice alone. Compared to when i buy breakfast meals in the mornings. Hence my poor rating.

Actually I was at the KFC. so unprofessional staff there very unprofessional..they just shut the drive thru window in my face . They dont even bother to notify us whats happening.. when you talk to them they have a stinking attitude

Just came from there. Ordered 20 McBites. Found 9 in the one and 2 (TWO) in the other packet. Had to ask them to fill up the McFizz... was not even 3/4 full and no ice.... Not the 1st time they cheat with the food....Unfriendly staff.Act as if theyre doing you a favor...
