Absolutely bloody useless... No one answers calls, I have tried non stop for nearly two days. No idea where my parcel is.

Been trying to get ahold of your offices and there has been no luck, the phone rings non-stop and there is no response. Tracking a consignment on the app nothing has changed since the the 31 of July 2020. Order was supposed to be delivered yesterday and ts such an inconvenience if you wont respond because one needs plan around ensuring they are home when you deliver.

Disgusting and no responsibility to the public

Your driver almost took my car out this morning I will post this on facebook and since you to busy to answer your calls

I received confirmation that my furniture will be delivered ,this never happened and after following up , I was told I will receive feedback in 15 minutes till now I await feedback ,I missed a submission of portfolio due to the terrible service from this company ,non apologetic,even management

Never answer calls or emails. Package sitting at depot for a week.
