Reception sounds like I just woke her up and she is not happy. Passes me on without information about who or what. Then some guy answers and when I ask who I am speaking with I get, what do you want as a reply. I happen to be looking for assistance with purchasing 125 vouchers for our company but am seriously rethinking doing them with this group.

I just got the shock of my life at Shoprite Metz (Mahlakung). The lady at the till (Regina, Deli assistant ) looks very disinterested in customers. Its rush hour so I asked her for bags so that I can pack my goods as she scans them as she had no till packer. To my surprise she asked me to go back to the other end of the till to push the goods closer to her (while she sits and does nothing. I asked her to please pull them as I was packing on the other end to which she responded by temporarily closing the till and folding her arms (I suppose waiting for me to finish packing so I can come push goods closer to her?!)... I had to seek the manager Elvis to come ask her to perform her most basic job description of serving a customer 😏

Pretoria North shoprite worst shopping experience ever. Racist packer. Overcharged 40% on the only product I bought. Took forever to get refund. Packer refused social distancing and swore at me when I tried to take a photo. Racist and non compliant store and stealing from their customers

Shoprite in Jules Street, Malvern seems to be on a roller coaster. : over the past couple of years I have experienced the following:1. It was cockroach infested, then suddenly super clean.2. Its shelves were bear, now full.3. The frozen stuff used to be rotten , now fresh4. Minimum variety of fruit and veg, now fully stocked.TODAY WAS THE ULTIMATE AS THEIR BUTCHERY IS STINKING AND HAS BEEN FOR A WHILE NOW. IT WAS SO BAD THAT I ALMOST VOMITTED.Please, your staff are pleasant but shopping there is just nauseating.

How can one teller serve about 30 customers at your money market (Roodepoort)? As is you have world class ITC!
