You guys should probably come up with a new plan for certificate renewal , your online booking system is always fully booked like really it almost 2years now trying to renew a certificate but the moment we got a slot you cancelled all bookings. Since Corona will never end well, we might as well forget about certificate renewal or a job coz of expired certificates. This is not working.

Staff are helpful however there is a lack of maintenance in general to the facilities. Debtors department is always willing to assist and were friendly.

Making an online booking is difficult cause they are fully booked, the call center doesnt answer the calls instead you phone call gets dropped after holding for a while, the service is appalling.

Why..??Must we wait so longgg to obtain a Renewal in our Certificate.for example inBellville(Cape Town) u must first go Online to get a Ref. No.. To visit their offices.. After doing so...u will get a Date that is for 3months later. . This is Totaly Unacceptable during these Difficult Times as officers wants to work but cant due to above mention issues.

Oky...since there are so many offices..WHICH is best to go WITHOUT any trouble coz i went to Jhb for my 1st time.....which office is best to go next without having to wait a whole day (Klerksdorp)

A joke as usual. I have called the call center 3 times and waited in the line for my call to be awnsered as soon as the phone rings the call gets ended. Honestly you are not doing us a favour here. Psira is quick to send SMSs stating you owe money and that they will cancel your account. But when you try get hold of them you cant get through.

They only service security companies and not individuals.They turn to be very lethargic and dont answer phone calls. If they do, the employees are never at their desks to answer the calls.

Quick service for company directors but normal civilians must go to pta central to do their paperwork

More than a year now and still struggling to have out Account sorted as PSIRA never kept our employees updated as per monthly returns that was submitted.... sick and tired of explaining to them.
