Well run, effecient and friendly staff. They only take card, great way to not have cash on you or the premises. I did a booking though a company and that made the proses for myself easy and got all the neede info and documents.

You do require a online booking. I got a slot Monday morning around 8 on the online enatis system so check then. They are extremely well managed the day I was here. Absolutely zero queue because they help you so fast. There were about 4 different people asking if you need help with forms, where to go, what to do.I have been thoroughly impressed by the people, management and service. Highly recommended this site. The entrance on google maps is a bit wrong, use the first entrance with the banners outside.

Wow!!! Had to renew my drivers license card and went to Eco Park DLTC. This place and all the people working here blew my mind! From the friendly guy at the gate, to the lady taking my temperature, to the smooth operating metro officer capturing all my info on the system whilst still having time to smile and make a joke ,and the super professional cashier lady, all of them proved that South-Africa has what it takes to be awesome! Even the photos on the wall of our President and ministers were hanging level against the wall! Thank you for the amazing service and the awesome work that you guys are doing here! I was blown away, not used to this experience anymore! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Renewed my driver’s license and it was surprisingly quick and easy. Thanks to the staff for the great customer service and professionalism. I really hope they maintain these standards. There was a lot of media present which may have played a role in the level of service received.

I was pleasantly surprised. I booked my appointment the night before. Got a timeslot for 16:30. Arrived 2 hours late. To my surprise they were still open and happy to help. I was out of 10 minutes for a drivers licence renewal. Hopefully it stays like this.

What an experience! I was nearly stunned silent by the level of friendlyness and organization by the staff. If all government related things went like this I will be filled with much less dread to get everything done.Yes, two of the PCs took 10 minutes to log on, but it is gov things. To go and get everything done in 30 minutes was an absolute treat.

No help, no service, no response! The number just rings and goes to voicemail then it says mailbox full. E-mails are not replied or actioned. All I want is a letter that confirms my RSA drivers license is authentic in order to convert to Kenyan license. I have no help at all from my own home country South Africa! I am based in Kenya and just need a letter from RTMC to but no avail. Pathetic!
