Worst service ever. I wish there was a option to not give any stars.NO Service. They do not have confidence in their own parts - so no warranty is given when your parts are being replaced, when serviced.According to them, they replaced my diesel filter on 30 000km. On 50 000km they did not change it, because it should last for 40 000km. Well, it did not. It only lasted for 20 000km, and I had to pay for the repairs. You buy a new car with warranty and service plan, but you as a client are still liable for repairs. According to them, garages like Engen, Caltex, Shell, etc, have filthy diesel. They will not take responsibility for it, so you as a customer has to take responsibility. They rather say that you dont have cover, before keeping you happy. If they had any confidence in their parts, they wouldve given warranties on their parts, but they know if they give warranties on their parts, they would have to fix problems more, which will cost them a lot. I am not sure how they want you as a client to know that the fuel you use, at garages this big, is filthy? They just dont care. They should maybe try to get their parts up to standard. I emailed them as well, no response, of course. STAY AWAY FROM BUYING MAHINDRA. You will make a huge mistake. MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED.

The original XUV500 W8 infotainment system gave problems and was eventually replaced after three years. The replacement system is apparently three years older than the car model and is missing features that was available in the original system. Mahindra agents do their best very well, but they seem to get very little support from Mahindra South Africa head office. Neither does Mahindra head office respond to enquiries.It also appears that I am not the only one experiencing very little support on similar issues.Is Mahindra waiting for the warranty to expire?

The Question is...Is your service any good?or is it just alot of empty promises? One star rating is over rating.I have not received one email back from your company and my vehicle has now been standing at Eagle Mahindra for 7 weeks.Marinara you have cost me R108 000 in vehicle rental, towing Costs and fuel.

I have been treated very badly after the sale with Mahindra XUV dare from Mahindra eagle it was a demo model but the car had few problems of which I only saw the day after taking delivery Eagle Mahindra refuse to fix it . I will take it to the media.

I can not believe that Mahindra haven’t got a simple spare part like a Clutch for a 2017 Mahindra Scorpio Bakkie. 62000 km.What a disgrace.

We ordered needle bearing at Mahindra Kimberley. We have been waiting for the three needle bearings for a week now. Its not that man didnt order it but mahindras warehouse is apparently for stocktaking. Their service cannot be complained about because there is no service.
