I am very disappointed in this courier service.I ordered a pick up and delivery today. I paid this morning at 11:00. I then tracked my parcel and they only send out a driver at 12.34! At 14:00, I called the customer service center and asked when the driver will come pick up the parcel. The lady said before 17:00 today. Its 18:04 and still no driver! Another call agent said that the driver will contact me, but NOTHING! The parcel needs to be delivered on Friday but I cant see that happening with the way things are going.This is unacceptable!! I will not be using RAM in the future ever again. I will also not recommend them to anyone.

The most useless courier service I have ever come across in my whole entire life. Took them just over 2 weeks to deliver a sim card, this while they were in possession of it. Theyll send out a mail saying the parcel is out for delivery and then it never arrives. Sent inquiries, tried calling, no answer. Pathetic. Avoid them at all costs.

I wish I could do 0 star after 3 deliveries where the driver aborted delivery after not being able to enter the security gate and I was told to phone to give them the gate code and after more than an hour trying to get hold of them I guess I am once again not receiving my parcel today. This is after notifying them that they need to contact me before delivery was made

Very poor service, I was suppose to get my parcel on Monday, the delivery guy called and I went down stair and find that he lnft, when I called him, he said he is around the corner and I should foa few minutes. I end up waiting for three hours and when he came I asked him and the response was pathetic,. He even use an F word on me and throw my document away.Ive been calling the help center from Tuesday and they are just making empty promises till now. Ive spent R120 airtime to nfor no avail. Very poor service

I dont know how you guys manage to mess things up like this, I have (like everyone who seems to be using this service) been waiting for a week now for my parcel to be delivered, if you tell me Im going to wait a week then its fine... But dont sms me everyday for a week and tell me my parcel is on its way and then never pitch with it. If you ever do get through to customer care they arent much help.. I am sitting typing this review while on hold with a agent who is calling their driver... Which I dont even know if its true.This is the worst experience Ive ever had with any company before, I will be demanding a refund on the product I bought if I dont get my package by today. I suggest you do the same if you are experiencing the same troubles I am.

Ive been awaiting the delivery of a package from 8am.They have a tracking system that only tells you when the parcel has left the local dispatch and thats it! No further updates after 6 hours!?I had to call the customer service department who asks me What should I do about it? when I complain about this...! Really? What then is the point of customer services???Note to RAM: Your tracking system is of no value to me if it offers no real-time information.No parcel yet...Im still awaiting feedback.Considering that it is Friday (15.39), I doubt I will receive anything before the day is over.Will not recommend. Better luck with the pony express...!

If I could give Ram a -10star. The worst courier company I have ever seen.They sent an sms that my parcel will be delivered Day before yesterday(Tuesday). I had to call them late in the afternoon with the operator promising the driver to call me, but no call received.Yesterday(Wednesday), I spent literally the whole day on the phoning about 10 different numbers trying to find my parcel which they never sent out for delivery.Finally, I set on their heads so much that they sent a driver specially to deliver it.The only person in Ram that helped and get a 5star was Lebogeng in tracking parcel department.

Have been waiting for a parcel for 4 days now.Would love to speak with someone to eventually get our parcel.Lines keep cutting us off and drivers cant keep to delivery schedule.

The guy arrived and i asked him if i can take my id in the car since i was at work in less than two min the guy was gone no communication that has been sent to me. when i tried calling the no he called from i cant get through. that was so rude he should have said no.

If you want to be frustrated and disorganized use RAM company. I dont even know why companies are still using it to deliver our parcels coz we are always complaining about it. If you want to waste your airtime call RAM. Their service is VERY poor in capital letters. At the end they return your parcel BACK. How i wish i could rate them half star. Before they deliver your (main )parcel they are capable of delivering a (starter) of ANGER within you.

Very unreliable. Vodacom has forward a package to us using RAM and after many arrangements and a new drop off address they still couldnt meet our requirements and new arrangements. Its been 5 days and our package is still not delivered.

Tracking system doesnt work.Notify me via SMS that parcel will be arriving today between 8am and 5pm.Package is shipped incorrectly wont be coming today. Dont even let me know I have to phone at 4:30 pm to find out.
