I was really not happy with the company.but now almost instant service always open to listen and they are really kind and helpful.i really recommend this place now.dont read the previews reviews because that is the old smart village so lets all stay smart and love the new ways of Smart villagei 100000000% recommend this place.

We have only been customers for 1 month and we already have 1 week of downtime.First 3 weeks was awesome and then suddenly no connection!! Technician can only come out after 1 week.

Very Poor. Sent me my invoices late, so my credit report said It Was outstanding even though I played their invoice. Tried to call their billing department multiple times with no answer after being in queues for over 40min.

If I could I would rate Smart Village - 10 for service. Smart Village has the slowest, most unresponsive, worst service that will make government services look like a +10.I have now been on a supposed 20mb line for 3 months after I had to wait 2 months to get it activate whilst I already had a 4mb line.I have phoned Smart Village a 100 times and have had several technicians out to my house, I believe after they couldnt fix my dismal speed of, if Im lucky, 4mb they just disappeared and I had no further communication.It got better at some point for like a week and then it was back to the tortoise speeds.The whole experience has been insanely bad. If you can stay FAR away from Smart Village and MTN.

Recently smart village has rebranded as Supersonic. This rebranding wasnt that good because now that Supersonic is here the customer service isnt good att all. I have been trying to contact them to find out why im only getting 10/10 Mbps when im meant to be getting 100/100 Mbps

In rain the drivers cut in front of people who try to keep a safe traveling distance and push drive people of the road . They dont think of other peoples safety in dangerous weather

Most of the time there is issues! With a 20mb line you cant watch a movie without it buffering a couple of times!
