Knowledgeable and friendly staff. This is not a fancy display store like IC. There is limited stock on the floor. This is more a store where you can buy modular components and build an impressive computing setup. You dont have to know what you want, but it helps. Prices are reasonable and and they have access to a lot of accessories.

Nothing bad can be said about the place.My go to for quickly getting that weird adapter or hardware. The Prices are good as well.I often find myself comparing prices to distributors and their products are always well priced or reasonable.Staff are nice,helpful and not just trying to sell you on the latest iPhone.Checking out is a bit of a pain but makes the inevitable return (you know printers man) super smoothIf i had to complain abut something I would say the store is to small to satisfy my nerdy impulse to stare at racks of cables and devices, but if it keeps the prices low, Ill happily shop on their website and just pickupHonestly one of the better ones you will find in the city

Ill be honest. Matrix computers has never really stood out for me. Most branches carry the bare essentials and often does not have stock as advertised. That being said, there is quite a few branches, so if you do require something computer related, its worth your while to pop-in and see if they can help. Usually a friendly bunch behind the counter and always helpful.

Very disappointing experience. Went to the store on Sunday to purchase a Notebook advertised online at a special price. Informed that they had to order from HO and it would arrive Tuesday. Tuesday midday I had to call to follow up as they failed to call me. Only to be told that there was “no space” on the truck for my Notebook. But, I first had to come in to pay or do an eft. Then, only when payment reflects in their bank, would I be able to come and collect - probably in 7 days. Why was I not told about this procedure on the Sunday in store when I was there with my card willing to pay.In my opinion, they simply “forgot” to place my order with their HO. I subsequently ordered and paid online and HO will deliver to my door. So, not good service Centurion Store!

They have always had stock of Hp printer cartridges in the past at very attractive prices. No stock today and prices are up by about 30% 😠

Service is absolutely absurd, wait 20min just to be helped while they take delivery from DHP. Security gives attitude when asked to please get someone to help the customer and is just not interested in helping you.

For a store that supposedly specializes in PC components they dont carry a wide variety Also the staff is a bit rude and incompetent. Would rather recommend online shopping at better prices from the various online stores.

Been there twice and both times the service was very slow. Although friendly, the assistants dont know anything about computers, the price of anything, stock availability, etc. They need to ask the technicians everything, who get visibly annoyed with them. Also quite expensive when doing any assembly work of components bought there. Ive had much better service at other branches

This is definitely the place to use in Centurion Centre if youre looking for anything PC-related!I found the shop after a long run-in with Incredible Disconnection, Game, and Rotten Apple. I was looking for a card reader that jacks into a USB port. The Apple people were the worst, not knowing what an SD card or a USB port were(they also had some spruikers who were obviously employees hanging around pretending they were customers and telling each other and everyone else how great the Apple products were - this is truly the nadir of lameness.).After I got sent here by Incredible Disconnection, I concluded my business in about 5 minutes. Since then, I come here whenever I need something for my PC. Ive never been disappointed.Prices are moderate, cheap if the competitors in the mall are used as a yardstick. The staff are technically competent and definitely know their stuff (Despite this, I have never seen them condescend or exhibit impatience with computer-illiterate beginners).Computer repairs are done here. They also do builds(i.e. assemble a custom machine from parts you bought - but remember, nobody can force incompatible parts to work together, no matter how cheaply it would work out if they did.).NB: This is NOT a cellphone shop! You cant buy phones and their paraphernalia here.
