Same experience as others; no luck getting hold of them. Their website said they close on the 23rd. Tried calling on the 21st, all my calls just go to a machine. Took a drive past their premises but I was turned away at the gate.

Not Impressed to be honest, can never get hold of this company via phone, as no one answers, or has the decency to return calls. Not to mention in the middle no where.I would strongly suggest going with another company. Try Universe direct or Super Comm, both of these companies are professional and return ones calls.

I had a similar experience to Nicholas Mannie. Their website is utterly useless, and the interminable process just to get registered to request a quote is beyond belief. When complaining about this, I was told that I am not serious about business and wont receive a quote.Well, thats nice. I ended up getting all my back room equipment (a total of over R30,000 worth) from MiRO - now THAT is a professional outfit, the customer service, product range and stock levels are great, and their prices are better than Server Whorehouse, to boot.Dont waste your time with these mamparras.

Most annoying website ever. Have to submit a complex form providing my physical address just to ask a simple question about a product. What should have taken me less than 5 minutes has now taken 1 hour of my day and I still do not know anything about the poroduct. A contact us form should not require the need for a potential buyer to supply their physical address.
