Great shop, got immediate service!Contacted them for replacing a laptop internal battery. The email correspondence was a bit short, kinda unprofessional, but the experience at the shop was first-class.They replaced the battery while i waited and i had my laptop back in 40minutes, works perfectly again and no new scratches either 👍

Had a hard drive failure. Initial quotation for data recovery was R 1000. I could not afford it at the time and took it back to them a few months later after saving. New quotation was for R 5000 to R 7000 for data recovery on exactly the same hard drive. I told them that I would not be going forward due to the price. They then proceeded to send my hard drive to the recycling warehouse without informing me. I have thus lost the chance to ever regain valuable information and photos.They also replaced a laptop screen for me which gave the same issue 5 months later - they then proceeded to say that a different part of the screen (cable) resulted in exactly the same issue as previously experienced. They also charged a very high price for the cable and thus I rejected the quote and got my laptop back with screen still not working.

First time using their services and was a but skeptical at first BUT I am really impressed. Quick turnaround time and free delivery in Gauteng!! Great store and would definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future.

Good I.T. hardware service provider, they seem consistent with their service, very spontaneous their technical service department seem professional, lve sent in my projector to be reset, l will know for sure how good their service is.

Not the friendliest of staff.Clearly note that the client is hard of hearing and still insist on speaking softly.Requesting password out in the open is a definite breach.Great prices, but as I mention above very poor customer service.

Tried to help me fix a problem with my pc. Told me i had to replace my gpu. They downloaded a bunch of software in order to clock temperature...found out that adware was downloaded without my permission aswell as the download history being cleared. Took it to another shop for them to tell me it was a simple fix that would not require any replacement of parts. If i didnt know anything about computers my infomation would have been stolen!

This company has it all from hardware to software you name it they have it.The staff members are really friendly and will help you with your needs from setting up a new computer to cleaning an old one. No task is too big for them to handle.

Last year the company repaired my laptop. Made me wait for weeks as they forgot to order the part.Yesterday I took my laptop to have Windows 10s updates disabled (5 minutes fix). I was charged for a full hour and when I got my laptop back home Windows 10s updates were still active. I tossed my toys out of the cot and at least got my payment refunded.

The prices Huge offers are insanely low in comparison with the those in the area and they help out when those regular last minute IT emergencies gives the ol heart a good angina stich.Honestly you wont get a better deal with a bigger smile.I as recently as a week ago compared pricing on a box network cable. Huge came in at half the price of the most expensive competitor and 30‰ cheaper than the next cheapest quote

Not good. My laptop still shows blue screen due to machine cannot read the new hard drive which was installed. I dont have pdf, google and no sound. Had to rush into Matrix warehouse who advised me that pdf Google should have been installed. Normal protocol and I was not advised that I have a week to see if all is running well. Unfortunately I have to take back to Huge PC to get it sorted out. Im not happy

Always great dealing with Huge PC. Found a replacement lcd monitor for my laptop for a very good price. For me it will remain a go to place for replacement pc components.
