When to repair a PC and got so much more.The group of Techs at Pc Palace know what their doing and give the best advice.

Will never recommend this place to anyone. I bought a laptop and paid for it. But they do not want to honor the order. It clearly said, In stock( I even have pictures) and after they realized that the price was incorrect. They informed me that they will need to refund my order, as the supplier does not have the laptop.Funny enough I did my own research and the laptop does not exist at all.I am very dissapointed that they could not be honest with me. But I would not recommend them at all.

Terrible service, not even the managers can get back to you! After we paid for a product they said there is no stock...3 months later and we are still waiting for the refund. NO ASSISTANCE

PC Palace does not warrant a star at all. They have had our equipment since last year for repairs and we are still waiting for it back - their supplier keeps getting blamed.. Yest they are quick to demand their money for the repairs..

I bought an SSD hard drive and got it for a good price. Installation was done within two days. My old hard drive was mirrored and put into an external case and everything was as before, but at a MUCH faster speed.I am satisfied with the products and service.
