Great service! Helped me with my harddrive.. Almost lost 5 years of work but they helped me save everything!

Very professional and experienced, staff are helpful and friendly, prices are really acceptable. Replaced my wifes laptop screen, had my kids laptop formatted and reloaded windows and my mother in laws laptop HDD replaced with SSD and reloaded windows. Really recommend these guys

Good service , good prices

Where do I begin, with the bad service we have received? We use our laptops for basically everything, run our business, management our Marketing, study etc. Especially now during Covid most people work from home and rely on our laptops mobile devices and ipads. Surely a place like this should make sure thier services a well as techs work with great haste and accuracy to get the job done.7l But with the first so called Repair done to the laptop it came back with a faulty/non compatible board that doesnt support the laptops back-lit function, which we waited (what felt like) forever to get back. We then sent it back in in hopes that we can put the old board back (as we where told they didnt have the correct board) and we could seek help else where, as well as get refunded for thier failed attempt. After the laptop being there for 3 weeks they failed to do as requested and felt like there was no immediate urgency to get our laptop fixed back or even call us with feedback??? Truly outrageous that in todays world a company like this can take so long and have such little customer care?

Used to be a good store, but now has declined to a small outlet that has no stock when you need anything. Still good if you are prepared to wait.One thing for sure: They will get you anything you need for a very reasonable price.

Ek het presies 9 uur daar gekom en this old light skinned lady sitting by the reception ignored me en greeted people behind me. That was mean en upsetting. Bring back da young black lady who used to sit by the reception, shes friendly. Dat Indian ouma wth mssing tooth Is nie goed nie.

Bad service and they lied about my processor being burnt because they wanted to over charge me. I took it back went to matrix and low and behold my processor was not burnt. My mother board just fine.

Too quiet

I went to them and there was a mistake of what I needed to what I bought and it was not their mistake I did not explain it clearly enough to them. I called them and they where closed already they waited for me and exchanged the item for what I needed, no problem and no questions. Pricing is very good and I found my computer store

This company is filled with arrogant employees I will never go back there and will take my business and warn everyone against them. The so called manager was rude and actually used vulgar language in front of my kids and other clients. His name was Tyrone and said his the manager to me his an insignificant little man. I asked them for a product that he said he will have to get back to me the following day if not the same day neither was done I had to call back to find another rude person on the other end of the phone. I found a similar product cheaper but we decided to stick to them, what a mistake. After he gave me the quote of R 400 more I went there just to have this experience. Please ensure that if you want to be treated like a client and get great service this is not the place for you.

My first and normally only stop for hardware software and accessories with quick service. Everyone there knows more about these than me! Fair prices.

Worst computer shop I have had to deal with. The owner is arrogant and the technician called Joe is plain arrogant, selfish and inconsiderate. I took my laptop in and it was meant to take three days but 16 days later, it was not fixed. Whenever I called for an update, it was as if I am bothering them or I am not supposed to ask for an update. It was promises after promises and I decided to take my laptop back. Joe said he is bringing it just now, I waited 2,5 hours and when he finally arrived, no apology, no explanation, nothing, he was just walking tall. If there was zero star, I would give for this outlet. If you want to model an arrogant business that thinks it has arrived and is so sure of its market, this is the place for you. Zero customer service but they must be careful. If they say your laptop will be attended to by Joe, just run and look for the nearest computer repair shop.

Had me drive all the way from Benoni, promised that the PC i was buying was brand new,only to find a scratched used PC...SHOCKING

Extremely poor service! Chatted online early in the morning with a sales agent and gave details to what I want and requested a quote. I asked how long the quote will take and the answer was sometime during the day. Mmm..ok. Well I never received the quote. Contacted a competitor and within 10 minutes received an acknowledgement mail and within 20 mins a quote. That is what service should be.PS: With regards to owner feedback. Thx for that. However, I never said that. If you have a chat record, please review and decide yourself if it was the statement I made. Do not take my word for it. Did not even remotely said that. Why would you sales agent then commit to delivering a quote? I supplied a competitor URL to the agent simply asking to provide me quote on the same spec. I even apologized for giving the competitor URL stating I am not playing you against each other but merely proving it as a guideline to assist the sales agent with specs I want. Nonetheless, have already ordered PC elsewhere.
