But they have a great quality and priced range of baths, basins, toilettes and fixtures.And great service.I have changed my 4 star rating to 5; because their post sales service is awesome! Still a pity they could not help with discount on my large sale.

Bad experience, I still havent received my box of tiles that i payed for in August 2020. Its been 6 months now. Ive been doing follow ups and the sales man (Ronnie) kept telling me that he will sort it out. Now Im been told that i should provide the invoice, where do i get the invoice after 6 months? They telling me that Ronnie has moved to another itile store thus they cannot assist me. It doesnt make sense because Ronnie knows the story that they owe me 1 box due to the fact that when the tiles where delivered one box was broken. Horrible experience, and I want to get my lawyer involved because the problem is on their side

Not a great experience unfortunately. I went to the store with the intention of puchasing two items I had seen online. I had a few queries about the products but the salesman assisting me did not take me seriously and kept looking at the entrance door and walking away from me when other customers came in. I had to follow him around just to get information. I left and bought the same products the next day elsewhere. Dissapointing.

Impressive storefront, however after youve made the mistake of buying from them they inform you verbally that delivery of tiles in stock takes 2-3 days. Then after you complain to the operations manager, because all other staff members you interact with make verbal commitments but never follow up, the delivery time is changed in writing to 3-4 days.They openly lie to you stating the delivery is en route, when it hasnt left the warehouse.Theyre estimate on tile adhesive is 50% of the actual requirement, which they state is accurate according to the manufacturer.The imported tiles we purchased also states on each box with a massive label made in South Africa, again another lie you are fed by the sales staff.It seems each employee is well versed in closing a sale, saying whatever needs to be said to get money in, but when it comes to service its lies and finger pointing.Good luck if you choose to do business with this company.
