Tha one point shoping and processing experience is awesome and refreshing.

This CTM is family orientated. There are lovely shady trees with a playground. But parents need to be conscious of keeping an eye on the young ones as the parking is close by. The service here is good. The staff are knowledgeable of their products and can provide advice. The tiles on sale are packed out for easy browsing which is a lovely stroll beneath the tree tops.

Items I didnt find in around Sandton were available in this CTM, absolutely loved my shopping experience.

Very disappointed, Andilema gives ctm Centurion a bad name. She promised tiles would be kept for us and when we arrived she had sold them to another client and said their is stock at another branch. After listening to her lies and Debating between the 2 of us, other staff members heard the chaos and assisted to give us the tiles from another order being kept for another client. Will not recommend speaking to her, rather speak to another staff member and make sure you have all communication in writing.

Still good prices. But there is no staff so service is horrible.

I wont say they are the best but only they are the ones who have got an OK collection. Literally they dont have competition which shows in their lack of service and frowing staff.Also, please please please dont hire people for your project from outside like CTM, Chamberlain, Builders etc...they will leave your project halfway and you will have to pay double the price to finish your project.We got a guy Alfred. He was very nice in the beginning but later he left our project halfway and ran away with our money. So guys pls be cautious!His car is Nissan Tilda yellow with registration number XTC 622 GP

The best place for all your tiling needs, from tiles, cement, grouting, bathroom accessories, and all related equipment. They staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you buy more tiles than you need you can take back the tiles for your money back.

Really poor service from the staff at the payment and dispatch counters. I was standing right infornt of the counter, greeted the person and got ignored completely. When I asked for help again they simply walked away. Apparently they were to busy to answer my question. Really disappointed with the treatment.

Slow service had to wait 20min for assistance then got helped by someone who was more interested in her phone than helping. Had to find what I needed on my own then got to the counter and had to wait for the cashier to finish having a conversation with another staff member before she even acknowledged that we where waiting to pay. Over all very shocking and slow service would rather go elsewhere and pay more than ever visit this CTM again.

Before I went to CTM Centurion, I did ONLINE window shopping and I decided to go with CTM store against Builders Warehouse, BuildIt, and CashBuild. I chose the Rooihuiskraal store and confirmed on their website the stock for the bathroom taps I wanted. Upon store arrival I learned that the store didnt have stock of the two taps I wanted. The 1st salesman told me there is nothing he can do and its very unfortunate. I akswd for a manager but he was out of office. After roaming around the store I met Simon..He was willing to listen to me and find a solution. I was literally gonna write a very bad review! From a point of disappointment, dismay and frustration. But and a very big BUT ... Simon came to the rescue and offered an outstanding exquisite service experience. I am a happy customer now. Big ups to customer service persons like Simon!!

Lots of options here at CTM Centurion. They also have good prices on specials, as well as end on range clearance stock for those projects tat you may have. Friendly staff, good service, nice store layout. They sell drinks and snacks as well.

It is not often that one experiences such create customer service as I have recently experienced. Hats off to Randall.

My 10 year old bathtub tap/hand shower diverter was leaking and I readied myself to buy a complete new unit. But Prem at CTM managed to get hold of a new part replacement at a fraction of the price of a new tap. Even though I didnt spend a lot of money at the store, the service was top notch.

Weve become regulars and the service is always excellent! The staff are efficient (big ups to Winnie who is our go-to-gal every time), the store is always neat and tidy, and theres never a problem getting things loaded into the car! Keep it up guys!

Which ever CTM you visit you can always expect effectiveness, efficiency on the products and services offered in-store.

Mostly has the stuff the other branches are out of stock on. Just a bit slow picking stuff after you have paid online or in store. Till staff could be a tiny bit friendlier.

CTM has people at the gate advertising to be tilers. I have had bad experiences with at least two guys I got outside CTM. They are really bad at customer service. CTM should manage these guys and ensure they dont sit outside their business or provide an alternative of reputable tilers that can be used. CTM always under specs on quantity. You always have to go back for more product during your busiest time.

Nice enough store but I must admit the store staff are far more helpful than the internal sales staff.
