Service is very slow, Manager is no where to be found. I bought a trampoline on display, as them to dismantle it while I do other things in the mall. I come back to collect. The barcode on the slip is not matching. Now I stand by the door for more than 10 min. This service is disappointing and disturbing to say the least. I expect feedback from management regarding this.

Virgin active on the premises was a tick for me. On overall they have most of the shops that you will need. The restaurant side has a view that you will enjoy. They also have a kids section that they can play in. I always buy my wine there.

Terrible service at the cellular contract desk, being standing for 20minutes, the lady comes she doesnt say anything to me, she leaves and m still standing here. The other lady comes and sits and tells me I must wait for the other lady to come back.

This game is the best game you can ever go to, they have GREAT hospitality. You should go there sometime even if its to grab some water youll enjoy shem, well unless they kick you out. 😭

Terrible ... on the 28th November at 13h00 steped in door with my boy was immidiatly stopped asking if i am carrying anything on me that they sell. They maid me felt unnwelcom and few months ago i went back 6 times requestinng reciete iv signed for warrantee repaired on cell phone . They ignored my request everytime.Iv spend more then 40 000 rand in past but will never support them again .

I like this store, however, there is always a shortage of tellers. Sport one and take a picture, theyre endangered species here. But the staff on the floor are friendly and helpful. It would be nice if they could increase the range of stock they keep as well. On the whole, not a bad experience.

Absolutely no customer service or reliability whatsoever, i am surprised this branch is still open. i gave my phone in for repairs to them because it was still on warranty, and it has been 2 MONTHS now and i have still received no feedback from them and when i try to call them, they say that they are forwarding my call to customer service but of course, no one answers

Convenience all in one place. It gets busy, but not like the larger malls close by. Plenty of restaurants, clothing stores, banks and more. Well with the visit.

I like the layout of this game. Grocery store to the left and retail to the right. This store is spacious and clean. You will find many friendly staff packing in the aisles that are willing to assist. Game also has R100 deals like Makro if youre opting to go to a quieter store but still get deals.

Got what I needed after phoning around a lot of cartridge shops. Staff was helpful and friendly and got a lot of compliments even because of how beautiful I looked🙊🙊. Shop was easy to find for someone who is visiting Gauteng from KZN.

No customer service. Try to phone Game as we are expecting a delivery. No one answers when you phone & funny enough, we were in the shop yesterday - about 5 cashiers were close to the ringing phone. Not one of them were willing to answer. Pathetic. Really.

Worst experience ever. Should be closed down. Manager Mark and secretary Charmaine thinks your problem is a joke. Reported new chest freezer faulty on 12/2/2020 to the service dept Amoss. Not reported to supplier until 17/2/2020. Supplier visited me on 18/2/2020 and found freezer faulty. Arranged exchange. On 19/2/2020 I phoned Mark again and he told me that he would phone me back. (Second time). Patrick phoned me after a while to tell me freezer will be exchanged by different make. On 20/2/2020 in the afternoon I phoned again. Eventually I spoke to Charmaine as I believe Mark would not take my call. Promised Mark would call back. Till now 13h25 on 21/2/2020 no call back.After hours on 20/2/2020 outside contractor delivered a different freezer. Game will never see me or my money again. I will purposefully repeat my experience to all I know. Close down Game at Mall@Reds!!!!!!!!!

Honestly the worst Game store in Centurion. Every visit has been such a hassle because of staff who seem like they do not want to assist customers. I have on numerous occasions waited at different counters which were unmanned. Instead of trying to assist customers, the numerous idle staff just look on. When you eventually get assisted, the stock (i.e tablets) are finished. Not just finished but the only stock they had was the same tablet that I personally viewed earlier last year and took a photo of. When requesting that the staff check if the same item is available at another store, they simply check on the system, and not phone. This lead us to another Game store which had stock BUT only 3 items which were unsealed for display purposes. You have so many staff at this store doing NOTHING, it takes nothing for another idle staff member to ask if they could possibly help you or explain that the certain staff at a certain counter are busy/unavailable! You should take lessons from the Game store in Centurion mall. I will not support this particular store ever again. GATVOL.

While they might not have absolutely everything, I like shopping here. Theres a lot worth buying, including a blender I was expecting to break at least three months ago. So, worth it if you know what you need.

I love small shopping centres that have all the essential shops, banks and food stores under one roof Mall @Reds is definitely my kinda mall👍1 thing that could change is to place the stores in thewll via a category system that will save you from long walking around alot🚶

The worst Customer Service you will ever experience!!! Only 2 Cashiers available all the time even though there are approximately 8 available workstations. On a payday, theyre understaffed. When looking for assistance whilst shopping, theres never anyone available!!!! I love Games Stores Specials, but I cannot stand shopping at Game!!!

Only one cashier and she is serving a fellow employee while their customers wait in line.. Then they cannot find a bar code which I eventually found for them in the aisle where I bought the item, no packets available to pack my purchases and best of all when I finally get to security they struggle to detach their own security lock from the formula I bought. Pathetic! It took me longer at checkout and security than it did to drive there and back and do all my shopping. I hope they close down because they dont deserve to be here.

Absolutely pathetic service! Totally incompetent staff. I seen a product online and phoned to inquire if in stock was told yes only to get to store to make them want to sell me a different version. Waited for manager for 30 minutes and he was useless and rude!! Disgusted at customer service

Really really slow check out at the tills. Staff seems more interested in talking and shouting to each other and standing around. When you eventually do get to the front of the queue, you are presented with a cashier that seems to have either not completed training, or never even had training. Oh - and ask for help at your own peril, staff will make it very clear that your custom is interfering with their day and social life.

Horrible Game , the staff act like they are being forced to work .They made me wait for 30 minutes checking if the product was available in stock .One staff member gave me the product on display , it was okay until they made me wait again for about 15 minutes looking for the barcode. after about 45 minutes in store i was told they could not find barcode and the store was closing .I have never been more furious .

The store is a bit hidden at the mall. The layout is not one of the best and needs to be re looked. The prices are competitive on most items and the customer service is good.

Possibly the worst service I have ever received. No one answers the phone when put through to a department and also once I phoned for the fourth time, the general switchboard was also left unanswered.

The service staff arent very easy to find and the store isnt as well stocked as it should be. When you do find a staff member they are helpful but its easier to go somewhere else to get what you want.

Stupid me rushed to Game on the 27th to buy this awesome special, even bought 3 trays, just to realize today that the expiry date was 29 Jan. Should have checked, so much for trusting Game all these years. How convenient this was for them not to say a word but to get the stock out. There should be something one can do about this. Thank you Game Mall @ Reds for making my 68 year old mother sick. Will not recommend you to any of my family and friends.

Our fridge broke under warranty, we went there and they said we had to write everything down, they will send someone as soon as possible. A week later and no SMS or phonecall. Ive phoned 11 times now, 5 times to speak to the appliances department and 6 times to speak to a manager - the lady puts me through but no one answers... Now someone from Middelburg is helping me, well done to the Game in Middelburg, but Mall@Reds I think that is just pathetic that Middelburg is helping someone in Centurion because you dont do your work... You dont even deserve the one star!
