Inefficient service. Moved in 4 days ago, no warm water. Geyser system is annoying and I have been seeking help since yesterday. They told me at 5pm, after waiting for them all day, that they were busy with unoccupied units. How can you do unoccupied units when people who have been here for days are without warm water? I honestly regret staying here. The meter system is also another complication. I dont know where or how to buy electricity as everything is online and again, no adequate assistance. I applied for WIFI a week ago and still no reply. They usd their own service providers and limit competition for efficient providers and give us weird systems. Now I am stuck with a dysfunctional geyser, no warm water, no help with electricity and no Wifi to work and still expected to pay rent. I honestly would not recommend anyone to come here right now. PorOr, poor service on top of their veeeery veeery small kitchen and lounge areas. This two bedroom unut only has 1 DEAWER and small cupboards. I feel.like I am at Res all over again
