Theres no longer a patrolling security guard. The caretaker does a poor job of maintaining the garden and the genral neatness of the area surrounding the building. This complex is more suited for young working class bachelors and not for familys. Theres a long patch of grass along the back of the complex for the ground units. Electricity is prepaid and water is calculated on an average basis.

Quite a cute looking estate, outside is just not as nice. But Im sure thats the responsibility of the municipality.

Good quality housing

From working at an office adjacent to the apartment block, I know that the units are overpriced and irrespective of what the interiors look like, the rest oscillates between slightly shabby and shamelessly mistreated by the residents. Parking is limited, and residents and their guests often use up the also limited parking spaces paid for by the businesses and signposted as such. This is a remark on the parking space, not a complaint about bothersome neighbours. There is laughably little access control at the complex entrance, and without fail, anyone leaving the office after sunset will encounter a congregation of suspect-looking men noisily moving carloads of assorted luggage items between two or more constantly changing luxury vehicles, all of which have clearly seen some serious mileage despite being relatively recent models. One wonders about security when you never once see the same guys come or go any time between about 6am to 6pm, when there is invariably someone in the adjacent offices who, if they did witness this, would be surprised enough to spread that observation around the office.But also theres a new canteen there now which serves some hot meals as well as what youd expect. So thats a plus.
