Can not say alot about the place, visited a friend here 3 times. Security gates close completely which I dont see at many security complexes. As far as I can judge, nice place.

Good place to stay with good security and Fibre ready to connect.

What I saw it was a clean complex

Louisa Park is very docile complex full young and old.The staff is mostly friendly and very helpful.The Complex itself is very neat and the buildings if alerted about the issue at hand is kept well.The complex has a swimming pool and three parks. It is safe to walk your dog in and to let your child ride his/her bike.The speed limit is 20km so no one could get hurt at that speed.They use Pretoria Metering so it is pay as you go, do research first.Changing op personal details is not such a big mission just stay within the office hours.Its a great group of people that live in the complex.

PATHETIC. They are evicting a family with a 7 month old for NO REASON with one month notice. The places are falling apart, they are badly built, The one caretaker is an alcoholic, it takes YEARS to get a simple thing like a chimney fixed which is still not fixed, they are profoundly racist, the caretakers tell other tenants false complaints about other tenants to start trouble between them, the list can go on. My advice is stay very far away from this place, they have a law firm that heads them up so they get away with anything.
