I told Boris my creepy crawly was not working. They quoted to replace the pump (R4750) with a 2 year Guarantee and to fix the leak (R2850). This was on the 12/8/2020. I agreed. They replaced the pump and said they fixed the leak. I was so happy because the creepy crawly was finally working and they said all was fixed so I paid everything. 2 days later I sent Boris a video showing that the leak was not fixed and the brand new pump with a 2 year guarantee was leaking now. I asked him to please sort out the leak and the leak in the pump. He says he is coming and we wait for him and he just does not arrive. He has been promising for months to either come himself or send someone and makes dates and times and then simply does not arrive. The after sales service is shocking and until he comes to fix his mess (the leak is now a flood) I will post all over the internet!!

If you want shoddy unreliable service choose Pool Solutions. Boris did not deliver on his promises....after the 80% deposit is paid it is almost impossible to contact him. The job was relatively simple.... supposedly 3 days. We ended up having to purchase the materials ourselves to finish the job 8 days later. Pool was not cleaned, leaving us with a green pool full if tile debris and grout. False promises and a lot of stress is what you can expect. Definitely something wrong with this company leaving a bad taste in the mouth. Also had to convince staff member and contractor to remain on site to finish the job because they claim he does not pay his staff. Feel free to check with pool shops and material suppliers who confirmed this. Just sorry we didnt check first. Check hellopeter too. The FB page seems Impressive but delivery is beyond pathetic.

Do NOT never ever use this company!! We made a mistake to buy their services but will never do the same mistake again. The owner of this company, Mr Boris Zacharias is a thief! Not only because they are expensive but notably because they do not want to pay us back a double payment - almost R8000,00 - that we accidentally paid through EFT to them in January. We have been fighting now for 4 months!If I could, I would not give any stars to them but without giving at least one, I cannot post my review.

Pathetic business. Do not use them. Bad service, they come and go and you never know what they have done, they change things and do not inform you that you have to buy different stuff now, and going to their shop is a nightmare. They cannot help you with anything
