How does one give ZERO stars? I would not recommend doing any kind of business with this company. Jan Frylinck is not to be trusted.

My pool was installed towards the end of December 2018, before the builders holiday.The owner hounded me for full payment before the work was completed. He promised to return the first week of the new year. Well he returned way afterwards after weeks of calling, messaging and texting.I would not recommend this company to anyone.The grouting of the pool was also poor. His team returned but it still looks a mess......

I had two dealings with pool guys in three months time; the one (Swemco Pools Vredenburg) did not even have the decency to answer me after two emails; this was for a pool blanket; I eventually ordered it from Aquanet and were very satisfied. The second time around we did some searching on the web and were quite impressed with the reviews of Jan from Fibreline Pools in Brackenfell. Within an hour from contacting Jan, I had I quote that was within my estimate. They were with me 3working days later and his son Louis and their guys did an excellent job of relining my pool. It looks beautiful and the service was unheard of in this industry!!! Thanks guys!!

Fibreline installed my 3m x 6m swimming pool in 2013. All went well until I needed assistance 3.5 years into my 5 year guarantee.Early November 2016 I informed the owner that I was experiencing problems. He promised me that he personally will tend to my problem. This promises went on for about 7 weeks and no one pitched after countless empty promises. Because I tend to see the good in everyone I believed him every single time.I would call, sms, whatsapp and email and the response is always: dont worry, I will call you when Im on my way, I wont drop you. Well Im still falling as a result of him dropping me. He never pitched and never even called once to give an explanation or make an excuse. He just disregarded the need for assistance by one of his clients.Its summer holidays now and I have a swimming pool I cannot use. Many of our family plans has been derailed as a result. Both my parents are old & enjoy seeing their grandchildren together in the swimming pool. Furthermore, how do I tell my kids they wont have a pool party come their birthdays in January? An entire familys holiday ruined!!!It is now 23 December 2015 and on 21 December was his last promise to me that he will come to me before they close. Well guess what he never pitched and the company is closed for the holidays until mid January and the contact number goes to voicemail.Honestly their aftersales service is poor.Many friends & colleagues are interested in installing swimming pools for themselves & asked me about fibreline.How do I recommend fibreline to my friends & colleagues knowing that they might endure the same fateas I do.Lincoln G.
