Perfect Pools always do a great job. From their wonderful assessor Chris to the friendly guys who do the service or repair the whole experience is really quick and efficient and our pool has been looking fantastic.

Walked in today and stood at the counter (I was the only customer in the West Coast shop) the Gentlemen behind the counter Danie although seeing me standing there, awaiting service, blatently ignored me as a customer continued his personal chat with another staff member (youngster) behind the counter- I couldnt believe that both staff members had the audacity to ignore a walk-in customer let alone unprofessionally continue with their private weekend chat ! After asking are you open for business Gentlemen? did Danie seem disgruntled with the fact that he had to serve a paying customer. This attitude lasted till I purchased the items required and left ! Totally dissapointed with their work ethic and lake of service from these two chaps that were behind the counter today - been a paying customer for over 12 years...

The team sent to replace my pool pump were prompt, courteous and very professional. I left them to do their work and within an hour they had completed the job. The installation was meat and surrounding clean. Id recommend Perfect Pools to any ofy friends and colleagues.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately their accounting a bit off. After paying for all services in November I was chased for payment in April and explained I had paid. I was then chased again in July for payment via email where after this was immediately followed up with a threatening SMS to hand my account over for collection. They should have checked with Netcash already in April and or rather followed up with a phone call to resolve this as opposed to resorting to a threatening SMS . Service is good, but keep your proof of payments to be safe.

Usually send staff out who dont care much about the business and try to get their own business done on the side. There is no supervision and checking by management. One example was replacing my pool timer. The board requires three screws but they replaced only one so its simply hanging. Also didnt fully change the sand in the pool filter for which they charge quite a lot anyway. Rather expensive for what they offer.

Very friendly and helpful. The staff helped us cut sections of piping to run from our pool pump, our piping was old and worn. Got home and had everything fixed in half an hour. Thanks to this great bunch! Dont believe the negative reviews, these guys are great.

I always have absolutely fantastic service from Perfect Pools. Their service is quick and efficient. I love that I can take my problematic pool water sample in and walk out with the solution in a bag and do it myself. Excellent location with lots of parking.

We asked Perfect Pools to clean our pool. After a site visit, they quoted us R2150 to clean our pool and make it summer ready. They came and started with the chemicals, however, that didnt work as they were out of stock with the chemicals they were supposed to be using. Eventually after a week and a half they finally received the correct chemicals. They then wanted to start vacuuming, but didnt have water saving equipment (even though they sell it) to catch the water so that it could be returned back to the pool. They were going to suck out half my pool water onto the grass. I told them that without water in the pool, i couldnt run the pump and that the water would turn green in days, defeating the object of this entire exercise and wasting my money. Low and behold... they sell water too. Needless to say, we were stupid in trusting an established pool company, lost R2000, dirt still at the bottom of the pool because I refuse to waste precious water and we still cant swim. They havent come back to finish what they quoted us on (vacuuming) because they wanted us to pay more as it would take them longer to clean. Not sure why they do site visits in the first place as the original quote is just standard and not specific to your individual needs. Very disappointed and will warn anyone that asks to not use Perfect Pools.

“ Imperfect Pools” They quoted me a price to sort out/service my pool, then they required more for extra things to be added/done, my pool went blue I was happy, my pool pump had been running non stop since they started and the chemical smell was over powering from the pool, they never came for almost a full week my pool started to change I alerted them to this and they sorted it out and asked them about my pool pump as it been running non stop for a few weeks now, so they set a timer for pool to go off, the pool never went off I switched it off, maybe my timer is damaged but I’m not the expert, so Saturday I asked one of the garden guys to put it on( he never told me it never switched on) Sunday the pool was changing slightly and come Monday I came home from work and saw that the pool was green and i had seen that the pool hadn’t run from Saturday to Monday afternoon, after that I was told the pool can change very quick which I said ok, they came that Wednesday and that morning I had switched my pump off as I knew they were coming and i had seen a oily substance Coming out so in fear my pump might break i switched it off they sent a foto and said reason was because pool pump is off?so since then which is over 3 weeks ago my pool is green, I have had someone from them to come and look and they will fone me back and still nothing
