This review is a bit overdue.Tony at the Tokai branch was brilliant went above and beyond to sort out an issue. We need more helpful people like him.That said - If my only interaction was with Anro I would never go back to this store.

Thank you Tienie for the efficient and friendly service. The turnaround time for the quote and getting parts in from the supplier took less than a week (still waiting since December for another company to revert)

Very disappointed with Pool Team. I went to them in Tokai to get a solution to the problems with my pool. Instead of selling me what I needed they insisted on taking a R850 call-out fee to come test the water at my pool - only to tell me what I already knew. After promising to send a quote to fix the problem instead they called to say that they would only attend to the matter in 4 weeks time. In my dealings with them I heard every excuse - were very busy, hes sick today, were working on it. Not a winning experience with this team.
