We have just completed a pool revamp with the Pool Doctor Blouberg. I have seldom come across such fantastic customer service - from Sonya in the office to the team of very professional men who did the work. They arrived on time (or early) every day, explained what they were doing, took photographs of progress and kept us up to speed with progress at the end of the job each day. It was clear that their knowledge of pools is outstanding and could explain each problem our pool presented. It is now a sparkly blue well-working pool after a new filter, weir and some other adjustments. The price was very fair and I cannot thank them enough for restoring my faith in South Africa service levels!

Had an evasive water leak in the pool, Sonyas team located and rectified.They also relocated the pump and filter and did a neat job of replacing the paving and edging along the pool. They also arranged for a safety pool cover (from Aquanet).

These guys know what they are talking about and very professional. I was away for 10 days and had no chlorine in the pool, got back and the pool was green. Got there with my test water and they ran the report. Gave me exactly what I needed and within 24 hours my pool was blue and within 36 hours it was crystal clear. You guys rock!

Pool doctor could not get my pool clear for over a month and kept charging me for all the chemicals they put in the pool. After I told them to not come back, it took 4 weeks of using Blu52 and it was clear. I will not use them!
