Have an issue with my chorinator and called Sea Salt. Even though they could not come out to assist, the person I spoke to gave me great advice and even suggested a company that could assist me at my location. Very impressed and thankful.

Friendly and efficient after sales service - I took the electrodes apart for a (unnecessary) deep clean and put it back incorrectly - suffered the whole summer with too little chlorine - finally took the unit in... a couple of minutes and it was all back the way it should be and within a couple of days the pool chlorine levels etc. all back in shape. All done in a friendly, efficient way!

When I was trying to find a chlorinator for my pool, I looked at all the big brands - and they were ridiculously expensive. Then I came across a locally manufactured product called Sea Salt that was sooo well priced. I have been VERY happy with it. It has been in use for about 6 years with no issues whatsoever! When the anode finally wore out (nothing lasts forever), I simply went to the factory (this location) and for R500 got a replacement (and they fitted it and gave it a quick service) and it was as good as new. This is, simply, an excellent example of a local company doing great work.

Wow, wow, wow. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such good service in my life!! Myfanwi (I hope I spelt it correctly) is an incredible human being. She never made me feel stupid in her area of expertise, asked many right questions and proposed many solutions. What an incredible asset to that business. I was inspired and grateful after speaking to her. I will definitely be looking at how I treat my clients and how they feel after speaking to me, after experiencing this level of incredible service. Sea Salt Chlorinators is the best! I bought my chlorinator in 1998 and had no problems for 21 years! I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such good service in my life!! Myfanwy is an incredible human being. She was very helpful to direct us to replace the Anode and tips about the water balances - Ive been a swimming teacher now for 24 years and every swimming pool shop having their own ideas about water balance but Myfanwys solutions made sense. I am so grateful for her help and assistance - just wish there was someone in Gauteng who could assist- but I think after this whole exercise well be experts ;) Thank you Myfanwy for everything - cant wait for my new Sea Salt Chlorinator baby to arrive

Ive had the CSalt chlorinator since 2009. The product is decent quality and Ive had no real issues. In hindsight should have paid extra for self cleaning as I need to clean at least once every 2 weeks. Ive had minor issues but whenever I call CSalt, the service and support offered is top class. Very friendly and helpful. Answers all questions and provides sufficient detail without any hesitation.Highly recommend with the after sales service almost consistently great 10 years later and a good quality product still ticking along. Well priced too relative to alternatives such as Zodiac.
