Serious que management required. It makes no sense to prohibit large number of Shoppers inside the shop, and not enforce proper Social distancing outside the shop.

I have ordered a pair of nike sneakers from their website though the sneakers ended up being too big. I have logged 4 returns for a refund and over three months later, no one has come to pick the parcel up and I havent gotten my R2000 back. When I call their returns number, people (with robot voices... potentially robots) answer with the same ineffective information and then hang up when I ask for a refund. The worst purchasing encounter I have ever witnessed. On top of that, they ask you to print the return label yourself and you cannot return it in store. No hate on their store but DO NOT order from their website!!!

The wrong shoe number was changed without a complain and I received change for the good. Good service.

Its ok, but didnt have any stock of what I was looking for. The training long pants are made of all thick material. Was looking for what they refer to as yoga pants, a much thinner, lighter yarn. Disappointed.

After waiting a few minutes in the queue we entered the shop. Nice and clean. Sanitizing stations all over the shop. Excellent service knowledgeable about shoes. Bought a pair of walking/running shoes.

Good store ,clean store. However very bad service always and very delayed. Till check out if your not directed from counter after baking in the sun ,encourage by a notice that they will accept 35 shoppers but always taking up +- 15/20. You have to deal with entering shop and looking for shop assistants. Like I said good store, however poor service delivery for the amount of business it receives its astonishing,especially for an international brand like Nike.PS,please try to open on time as well. Besides the fact that we had to queue outside for more than an hour because they couldnt allow more than 30 people in the store.The store closed at 5pm but they still allowed us to come in after 5 because they understood that we arrived before close time.The staff is friendly

I was at the Nike Factory store with my husband and two 6 year old kids. I am disabled with a prosthesis. It is storming outside and there is a long queue outside.. I went to the security to ask if we can enter and he said my husband must wait in the car as I am not in a wheelchair. My husband was waiting in the car with the children while I was waiting to speak to a manager. Finally after waiting for 10 min in the rain, I spoke to the manager who had a nasty attitude with me, saying that I have to shop alone or wait for my husband inside while he stand with my 2 children outside in the storm.. Yes I dont have a crutch as I lean now and then on my husband and he has to support me by fitting on takkies and clothes.. I was so humiliated as we are regular buyers from Nike and for me as a disabled person to be rejected and treated like that was so humiliating to say the least. I had to come back and sit with the children in the car while my husband is standing in the long queue. I have serious back problems and need his support. The manager is Megan Jacobs.

Security is dishonest and closes the doors before the closing time, he wreckens that they shut the door at 16:30 because staff has things to do... That is insane!!! Then change ur trading hours, dont false advertise.

I am a regular runner. I buy all my running shoes here at nearly halfprice. You have to visit the store often if you are wearing popular sizes like myself as they only carry stock that is in access. My wife never had a problem finding a shoe in her size. I wear a nr 11.

The Nike store in Access Park, Kuils River is quite big and spacious. Even though there was a massive sale on when I visited the store they were well stocked, staff were visible and very helpful. There was a long queue to pay (as expected), but there were quite a few cashiers who were very efficient so it didnt take that long. If you are a Nike fan, this store is definitely worth a visit.

Good service and reasonable prices compared to purchasing a Nike product from aregular shop. Expect to pay 20% to 25% less than usual. Like other Factory stores limited stock per range available ( for example, limited sizes could be available on a particular product line)Access Park where the shop is located can be busy on weekends and you could struggle to find parking available on premises.

The store is worth a visit every so often. You can get some real bargains if you happen to visit during one of their sales. The staff are generally friendly and eager to help. I recommend getting there early if its a weekend because it gets very busy later in the day.
