When it comes to buying shoes, I am a difficult customer as I am decision less. For a man.. a bit weird I know! But for the first time in my life, I felt I was in good, capable of her job, hands! This made my shoe shopping day a easy breeze! She was very helpful and friendly! As well as the rest of the staff. This is a winning team! Together with a huge variety to choose from! Pricing is good! I ended up buying 3 pairs, for the 1 reason only... I enjoyed my visit! I have never in my life had this great shoe shopping experience! Service was outstanding. The staff are present, pleasant and caters to your needs.

Terrible after sales customer service. Spent just in 6 months more than r10 000 at the store. A defect on a R2300 tekkie after 6months, and they refuse for refund or exchange. Rather purchase from sportsman warehouse or any other store as they give no issues at all. Service at the store is good but after sales is the worst ever. Keep clear guys.

Friendly staff and a wide range of products at very affordable prices. Location (just outside Somerset Mall) has plenty of parking space. First place we step in when we need new footwear.

Struggling to enjoy the experience here as much as in the past. Selection is no longer exciting and staff arent all that eager to assist...hardly anyone even roams the sales floor anymore.
