Staff are extremely unhelpful and like to argue with the customer. I tried calling in connection with finding a sneaker. Initially the man on the phone took the code down incorrectly and was adamant that they dont stock it. Then I get told that they cant take codes by someone else. The staff at this store do not meet the other New Balance stores customer service level. Teach your staff how to have customer service.

My daughter got the exact trail running shoes she needed for her running at the NB store. She also got great assistance from the NB store salesman too :-)

It was a good experience. Dominic was very helpful and friendly. I got the shoes that I needed. This is my first pair of New Balance shoes so Ill see how it goes.

Terrible customer experience and horrible product. After 10 years of a happy new balance experience, I asked for the replacement of my current shoes, had a pair of shoes sold to me that were completely different to my current one and told it was my only option (without being given the indicated discount). After a single run I had terrible knee pain, phoned and was told to return to the shop for a consultation only to be informed that I should buy a second pair of shoes because an exchange wasnt possible. Excellent waste of money, time and energy with the added bonus of a knee injury! Yay!

New Balance Access Park always has sales on, however I suggest you ask one of the assistants to explain their sales as they dont always seem like a sale from first glance. The service is great and the staff is friendly!

The sales team are well educated on the products and I am happy with the shoes I purchased.

Eddy insists that he can only sell what he has in store. Claims he cannot order correct size from other branches. Will have to go extra 20km to New Balance at Canal Walk where they readily order in for customers.

Their discounts on running shoes are really good. They have a decent range of stock and the staff are helpful. Worth driving here to save a few hundred Rands on new shoes.

Went there close to closing time after having been at two name brand stores with inattentive staff.Walking in we were immediately asked if we can be helped and not only that the salesman knew about supination, pronation et al.In the end, my daughter could get a shoe that could be used for short and longer distance, track and grass surfaces due to salesperson Shivy being able to give super advice.

Great service provided by the manager and the rest of the crew. I had an issue with some shoes I purchased in the US, and they were helpful and kind enough to honor the original purchase and swap the shoes for a new pair of trail running shoes. Great service and I will continue using and recommending NB shoes
