WORST EDGARS YET! We were helped by a very friendly sales/merchandising staff member, thats where friendly stopped. The till staff are rude, arrogant and completely unfamiliar with their till system. Embarrassing

Disappointed with the quality of goods and the service..Sadly this place has gone downhill.

Bad, bad...offline for past three days had to leave my items and walked away, i was told they will phone me if they are online tomorrow but cannot gaurantee me...bad, bad...

Canal Walks Edgats is certainly much better than Cape Gates Edgars. Another dimension and much more to choose from. A higher Tier!

I actually received excellent service.. Especially at the Estee Lauder Counter! That girl knows her products, definitely coming back to her, why doesnt this Edgars sell Mac though?

Mabey if the womans side is displayed better I would spend more time/ money there, Other than that the staff has always been friendly

Clothes for ladies is boring and very limited! Stock stays on the shelves for months. Mens sizes are too small. Boys clothing section is pathetic, very boring and very limited. When it is summer it is a sorna in there and you battle to breath! Staff are very friendly.

At Edgars you can find affordable clothing especially during sale, theres clothing for everyone.

Good store. Quite expensive, but there are lots of sale items and the have some decent formal clothing there. Large selection of clothing and accessories available. Will go again.

This is a very slow paced store that lacks efficiency in customer service. Be prepared for a frustrating shopping experience.

I am really not impressed with Edgars, I canceled my account but I still get smss from them about increasing my limit. When I contact them, they say my account is closed and I wont get more smss but low and behold, I get more smss.

I tried to pay my account there but due to load shedding was unable to they couldnt take cards only cash.......and who carries cash these days and the atms didnt work. Obviously not Edgars fault but it has caused some payment delay problems now. Im making a plan. Load shedding is such a pain to all concerned.
