Best quality and most comfy shoes.

This was my daughters favorite shop since she started walking.. Shes 12 now so weve bought lots of pairs of sketches here.. Including myself. Had atleast 6 pairs from Canal Walk.. The only thing is that they never really have sales or discounts and thats the sad part bcos Ive personally been wearing sketches for nearly 3 Decades.. This particular pair of Pepsis is probably 20yrs old.. Genuine Leather.. SKETCHES had some pretty awesome designs back then... I had a patent black leather with white soles and stitches as well as a navy suede and white bubble style.. Wish they would bring back those styles since all fashion have moved backwards to the style we had.. Old School Style..

Absolutely terrible experience. Staff are extremely unfriendly and not helpful at all. Eventually just walked out because the service was pathetic!

I probably should have read previous reviews before going to Canal Walk branch ! I see there have been complaints about service for years. Obviously the owners are not interested in rectifying this because the service today was so bad as on previous reviews.

Not a huge variety of stock to chose from. Products are pricey as well.

There is a tall male there that was super helpful and bought my shoes with his advice - still have them and super comfy.

Terrible got there and a notice on that the close for 20 minutes. Went back after 20 minutes they were now open but the shop assistants was on there phone and not interested in us. I asked them a question they answered but carried on with what they were doing

If there was a minus for customer service I would give it. The staff in the store are condescending and unhelpful. I had to ask for someone in the line-up of staff propping up the counter to assist. One young man in particular was so very dismissive. After asking to try on a particular pair I was advised to go to Green Cross where I would get shoes. The music was then turned up by the two sniggering staff members behind the counter. I thought shoes of this quality would have staff who were professional - sadly not!I checked with friends who bought shoes there and all three had had similar experiences.I did buy a pair from a neighborhood shoe store who had a wonderful sales lady who could give your staff a lesson.

Skechers Canal Walk: by far some of the worst service, or rather: no service would be a better term. Staff are more interested in whats happening on their cellphones.

Terrible! Canal Walk store never ever has your size or stock! Staff not helpful, you always have to ask for help when they are just standing there. Really shocking.

Staff RUDE and unhelpfull will not be going back!!!! Was going to buy 2 pairs of shoes for my girls but with the attitude of the one guy and lady sitting on a chair with her back to us, i just left the shoes and walked out before I said something!!!! Do they know if they not selling shoes the shop will close its doors because of them that are so rude to al the clients and you Mr Rude will be without a job... start treating clients with respect and assit them on making the best choice....

The staff here are about as helpful as a poke in the eye. Dont waste your time here, rather shop online.

The staff literally could not have been less interested. At one point I had to tell both ladies to stop with the loud chewing and popping of gum. Totally unprofessional and unhelpful. They made me feel that I was an unwelcome irritation. I went to Access Park yesterday (15/11/18) and bought 3 pairs from Sole CNXN where the staff were incredibly helpful and professional.

Lovely shoes but not much variety

Absolutely useless .... its summer and no white lace up/walking shoes available and my husband wanted to try on a pair of hard tread shoes in size 8 or 9.... in either black or brown.... only size 11 available!

Useless and somebody is paying this unhelpful, gum chewing, folded arms individual. I had to walk out before I said something I would regret.Whoever owns this shop then pays rent at Century city then even pays her salary should close your doors. I for one will not go back.

I bought 2 pairs at the special price period in 2016. The color and size shortage at the time of special price is understandable. The result is that after they enter the door, other shoes are not paid much attention. The defect is that when it rains, it will slip when it touches the tiles. The shoes are Its very light, but you should pay attention to the soles on rainy days. Todays Black Friday, there is a lack of code and color, the price is about 750, but you cant buy it.
