Basset Alarms took 30 mins to come out to my house after I pushed the panic button. Forca Security was at my house before Basset Alarms and Im not even with Forca Security. Manager at control room is also very condescending. Poor service and not professional

Average response time between 15-25mins. Heck it takes them 5-10mins just to call after activation. Not a happy client and will probably be moving to phangela.

They responded to my call with getting armed response at my neighbours premises who is not even a client within 3 minutes, and solved the problem. Thanks Barenice who was in the Control room. She even called back to ensure the problem is solved. Thank you Basset

Im currently a Bassett client and have been for many years, at times with more than one property covered. Their coverage and armed response is excellent, no complaints there, but sadly having used their technical department a few times I can say with authority that they are not good at all. They have NEVER finished a job to completion, there is always some issue that they do not complete. In fact there is a years old programming issue with my current system, was promised by the agent, Quan, that they would come out to fix it, but it never happened. Got a phone call a few months ago asking if I was satisfied with my service from Bassett, told him that I was not because of this issue. He promised to sort it out and guess what? Nothing has happened. I cant recommend Bassett for anything to do with technical installations. There is always an issue.
