Since I moved to Burgundy Estate in 2020 any problem I had and I called district Watch l, their central station is always friendly and helpful and the officer LS who come out are also friendly and helpful.

My tyre was flat and if I was going to drive away, it wouldve popped right off resulting in a lot of damage. Im unsure of how to change a tyre myself and was parked outside my brothers school. The gentlemen that were patrolling near by the school were so kind to firstly, bring it to my attention, and then to change it for me, while it was raining outside. I really appreciated the help so much, and they were so nice and understanding about the situation.

Armed response guys are fantastic but shocking service from head office in response to technical issues.

Dealt with incompetent call centre agents, they also contact you 2-3 days after a power failure to say that they received a power failure signal a few days ago.
