Great service with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I needed a new pair of trainers and the sales assistant went out of his way to find me the right fit and colour. I am not keen on brightly coloured trainers, nor do I like pastel colours. This is a difficult remit in todays trainer market. Then too I have a broad foot. They have a very wide variety of stock. The sales assistant brought me the shoes that were as close to my remit as possible and ones that would fit my foot shape and needs. I now have a pair that fits me perfectly, in colours that Im very happy with. Even my partner found a pair when we were there. Will definitely be going back there for my next pair. Would highly recommend them.

I bought a pair of shoes and thought I forgot to pay, so made another deposit.I found payment, and Athletes Foot refunded the amount the same day into my bank account.Then I had to change the size and finally I have had to return the shoes as it just was not suited for my wider foot.No problems, another refund will be made.The service, updates on delivery and all relevant info was provided to me promptly without a whole lot of automated emails to fill my inbox.Highly recommend dealing with Shawaal and team at The Athletes Food

These guys were on the ball, I ordered and received the shoes within two working days. They did not fit and are already on the way back for replacement. Very efficient.

Went into the store when down in the Cape, then ended up not having time to purchase the pair after our roaming about. Long story short, I want to give thanks to Angelo & the team, we got a pair of FiveFingers delivered to Jozi yesterday, giving us the opportunity to have a great run this morning!
