Had an absolutely stunning midday lunch yesterday at Tobagos restaurant at the Radisson Blue Waterfront.I had their Vegan Burger with a castle free. Their Vegan Burger consists of: Toasted bertroot bun, Beyond Meat patty, vegan mozzarella (I asked for cheddar as Im vegetarian) roast garlic ailoi, lettuce and tomato and sweet potato fries as a side.The burger was absolutely delishes but a little pricey (expected as they use Beyond Meat patties), the atmosphere was great and service was good but could be a little faster a they were quiet. With this beautiful view however the wait really wasnt a problem.Covid-19 proocals also well adhered too, just too much plastic for my liking with the cutlery🙈Would highly recommend.

Hostess at the entrance was brilliant but standards on the deck seem to have dropped compared to my previous visits. Food was not great, seemed overpriced and service was slow even though tables were 50% empty. Not even the view was enough to offer a compromise. We left quite disappointed and I was embarrassed as I recommended the venue for a post Cycle Tour get together for friends and family from out of town.

Views always spectacular. The food also was amazing and value for money. The steak comes with sides. In most restaurants you need to purchase your sides making it a definite value.

Great experience.....very impressed with set-up during this difficult covid 19 time.....The staff was efficient friendly and very welcoming......Food great in every possible way......thoroughly enjoyed oysters and champagne on arrival.......Overall...an incredible fantastic beautiful experience

Had an amazing early dinner with my family. Great service and a beautiful waterfront view. I suggest you visit this restaurant when it is hot so you can enjoy your food outside. Definitely coming back 😉

Nice location and the staff are friendly and good in personality but unfortunately for the price the quality of the service is not good enough. In terms of the food (buffet) only the starters are worth the value. The mains and desserts are very poor. Would not recommend this place, which is unfortunate considering the location.

Heritage Day braai, buffet style lunch and dessert with live music.Meat was very well prepared. Not the BEST of cuts presented for a braai, but the chicken sosati was very good.Also served was warm meat and side dishes which I didnt have, but my husband had the ostrich neck stew, which he said was very good.Great idea to have some luve music as this added a cheer to the day. The muso was really good and one could tell he was having a great time

Went for a quick cuppacino and decided to try the cheese platter for two. Wow. So beautifully presented and fresh with all the elements coming together in harmony. Thanks Nadia for the extra bread requested. Staff very efficient and helpful.The location is great as well...take a walk on the jetty for a great view.

I dont think you get a more perfect setting to relax and enjoy a lazy sunday afternoon combined with really good food. Extensive menu (try the mushroom ravioli!!) for the discerning patron with a great wine list. The buffet breakfast is also a definite must do! A wide variety (oysters & Prosecco being the def highlight) to choose from and everything is delicious! Add to all this professional, friendly and courteous staff = recipe for a fantastic restaurant.

Very good service plus beautiful view. The food menu is quite modern and all you have to do is scan the code they give you. The food is very modern and is very tasty also the prices are very good cant stress it enough awesome hotel and restaurant I would definitely recommend. The only thing that is a little annoying is the birds but overall 10/10 quality 👌

We decided to stop off for a drink but the afternoon was so lovely, that we decided to have lunch as well ☺I enjoyed my Pina Colada cocktail 🍸 and the butter chicken pizza was pretty good. Big enough to share.Service was average but all staff were friendly. We had to ask for a extra fork and plates were only brought after our pizza was brought to the table.Good to see staff cleaning regularly.Pool area looked awesome, would have loved to have had a swim!Hope we get the opportunity to stay here one day.It was a postcard perfect afternoon and I am really happy we popped in here.

Magnificent View with very well priced cocktails.. Mozzarella Salad , Calamari Strip & Prawn ALL scrumptious.Only downside was I had to physically get up to find a server.

Went for brunch with my mom yesterday. The menu doesnt cater for brunch or a spacial coffee/tea with cake option. We shared a wrap and a dessert instead! Food was excellent, stylishly presented, healthy and fresh. The dessert was a delight!Shockingly this is the second time Ive been here in the last month and recieved a dirty teacup? Yuk! Please could management do something about this?The views and location of this hotel resturant make it a convenient meeting place from town with stunning waterfront views.

Fantastic view, even the dolphins came out to play. It wouldve been perfect if the bird had not stolen the grapes and croissant off my plate😂🐦. Celebrated a double birthday with a breakfast and the 2 hostesses made every effort to make our morning special and succeeded! Thank you!

Great restaurant inside the Radisson Blu waterfront. They have a good menu with a mix of light bites and more traditional restaurant. Its also a good option if you just want to have a drink on the terrace with great views over the sea.

An absolutely fabulous experience. Tobago hosted us for my 50th birthday breakfast today and the service was exceptional and food was mouthwatering delicious.A must for any over seas visitors or locals looking for a great dining experience with sea & mountain views.

The view will always save this establishment. Very expensive. Poor service, but I always go back.

Cheese and meat platter was R295 and you get served stale rye bread (meant to be sourdough) with a few salty cracks and 4 Provita. Minimal meat selection and one wedge of camembert and chevin cheese.

I was hoping that you could kindly pass on my utmost gratitude for the outstanding hospitality that was shown to my family by Blessings Tazvivinga who worked as a waiter. Her name tag stated that she was a student and it looked as if she helped her fellow waiter who she was “shadowing”.After a while I kindly asked that we would be served by Blessings for 2 days straight. From the very first day, when Blessings greeted us all with a friendly smile, the service she provided was first class. Even during lunch when the restaurant  got extremely busy, Blessings never got flustered and showed total dedication and commitment to her duties and treated everyone to the same high standard of service whether it was for a table of 5 ordered food and some beverages or to our young daughter of 10 years old who simply wanted ice cream, as well as orange juice Blessings, was excellent. How Blessings kept up her sense of humor, enthusiasm and energy levels is beyond my belief. Although we saw other waiters throughout the day, Blessings never seemed to be off duty and I’m sure she must work very long hours. However, she truly is a credit to your hotel and he fully epitomizes what 5-star services is all about. Please pass on our thanks to her once again and I hope you will be able to offer him some kind of accolade for her tremendous efforts in making our dinner with you so enjoyable. We hope to return again in the not too distant future. I and my family will be returning for lunch on a regular basis (Whenever we are in Cape Town) and expect nothing but exceptional service. (This review is long overdue, but not once did we forget the service we received from her at Radisson Blu)

Other than the view I cant say I was impressed by anything the Radisson had to offer. We were there for about four hours and the waiter hardly checked up on us. Over-rated, over priced with okay service.

Amongst the best ocean views in Cape Town with some really good food! Service could have been better - we were seated but received no service until we flagged a waitress down 15min later. The waitress was great once we were attended too.

Restaurant is part of the Radisson hotel and situated right on the water a short distance from the V&A. Brilliant for sundowners and a meal. Staff are great - good service and friendly. Bit pricey but worth it for the view and setting.

View is spectacular. Food not bad. Very Impressed with the pianist playing in the background. Perfect for a Sunday fun day. And if you keen on spending extra money to chill by the pool area, it is most definitely worth it.

With its sea view terrace in a lovely location, this could have been a beautiful dining experience had it not been for the slow service and uncooperative waitress and hostess. Our table had to wait 20 minutes for a round of 4 simple drinks. We did not stay to find out how long food orders would take. Was disappointed in the service which should be much better at an establishment such as Radisson.

Service is extremely bad. waiters were not friendly. food took an hour to come and the restaurant wasn’t even full. one would think that the service would be great considering that the prices are so high. will definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone. beautiful view though.

Tobagos offers more than adequate seating both indoors and outdoors. The menu offers a large variety of foods and a good selection of Red and White Wines. The setting is to dream for. Stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the most amazing Sunsets. As a repeat visitor i can highly recommend this restaurant.

Tobagos was outstanding. Had a breakfast for 34 guests there this morning. Service and food were out of the top drawer. Special thanks to the service staff who went out of their way to make our experience there comfortable and pleasurable.

Service with a smile!! Top Class

This was a really terrible dining experience. We ordered their wings and they were dry and unseasoned. You also have to fight off some seagulls while you are at it, so its probably not the best spot to eat out. The sunset was lovely though, so its good if you are not hungry and just want to have drinks and catch the sunset.

Its bad, the food isnt awful in the sense that you could do a lot better based on what youre paying, slow service unatentive waiters a surprisingly good amount of vegetarian and vegan options but otherwise really really not good, it doesnt help that the hotel has a lack lustre theme and decor that carries over to the restaurant In spades, just go to tashas or literally anywhere in the waterfront.

Some locals claim this restaurant to be the best in town - we agree. Lovely views of the sea.

This is a nicely situated hotel and Tobagos Restaurant is just the right place to have a relaxing meal or sunset drinks. Great service. Highly recommended.

Service was not great, value for money not great, wouldnt recommend to anyone. Cant be paying for prices like that to receive quality like we did. Food is average and with tiny portions and like i mentioned, no service. Might have been an off day but looking at some other reviews, i think there is a problem here. Good luck!
