I had to try. It was nice and quite tasty. I was expecting more but having a very low expectation of what to expect, I enjoyed it. I thought that it would be more packed with some spice and kick but even the hot 🔥 wasnt as hot. The burger were good too but the fries were the best for me, I suppose. Really enjoyed it 😁.

The only Mochachos we buy from!!Awesome service as always and very good food. Their new nacho burger is great. We asked if its possible to put the chicken and toppings in a pita as opposed to the roll and they did.

Maggie is probably the worst server I ever dealt with. Before I ordered my meal, I greeted her and asked questions about the menu and she never even responded. Just looked at me like I was annoying. The food was great tho, but a little bit of kindness from your workers can go a long way.

Not a fan of the other mochachos in Cape Town but will go out of my way to order from this one. This branch never disappoints with quality and flavor. Will keep coming back.

A takeaway option that feels like a fusion of Nandos and Spur. Their meals never feel too heavy despite how seriously generous the portions are and made in such a way as to feel homemade and not like fast artificial food of their competitors.

I wasnt impressed with the steak shwama with guacamole topping..l had to send it back as it was dry and tasteless. A second one was made with extra guacamole but it wasnt much better..the chips were delicious though! soft on the inside and crispy on the outside..

Food was really good, nice and spicy. Orderd a burger combo, ingredients tasted fresh. Only issue is that I clearly stated sit down, only to be told my order was for take away, issue was resolved efficiently👌🏽

Bought a chicken Gatsby, 1st time in last week. It was sooooo devine and service was excellent. Friday bought again and they were busy, but its okay, the service received was still excellent. Even though I waited a longer amount of time, I was home in time, before Boeka/Iftaar. Still going to try out the rest of the menu.

This food has never let me down.If youre a Hot chips lover, They give really big portions with your meal!Its like nandos, Just waaay more affordable and bigger portions.

Dont know how they get the chicken so tender! The mild flavour has just enough kick for my taste buds. The same dish is presented slightly differently at different branches but quality and taste of chicken has always been good. Chips are really not bad either.

I had mochachos in Kimberly and it was so good I thought I would try it here in Cape Town. My chimichanga had almost no filling and the little filling it did have had no flavour. Burritos the rest of the family had were not much better. Very, very disappointing.

Their food simply stands out from the rest. Mexican style food served over the counter. They have a modest sitting area in the store where you can enjoy your meal. Theyre also situated in the food court where theres a lot more seating and surrounding food shops if youre feeling for something else

Wonderful food

The food here is amazing and service is always great... I personally love their Chicken with extra spice and havent found anything better... The owners are always around helping out where needed and thats what i think gives this restaurant a personal touch.

The chicken burgers are always consistent, well grilled, tender, and marinated to perfection , however the roll/bun always seem to disappoint. Dry, and poor quality which spoils the overall meal quality.

Try the chicken gatsby, 5/5 - really tasty. One of the only places to get a gatsby that actually tastes good. You can taste the individual ingredients; well spiced and delicious sauce!

Shocking customer service from the cashier when we ordered our meal. When we asked for our chicken to have extra basting/spice she just looked at us. Then charged us extra and we received chicken that was dry. The flavour of the chicken was so bland compared to what we get in Mochachos in Durban.

As always the food is delicious. Staff is friendly and gave us good service. Portions are lovely.

Placed a large phone call order and we were missing 1/4 chicken. When I called to let them know they told me they checked the camera footage and are adamant they gave us our entire order.I can guarantee we didnt receive a complete order we did not even get the till slip with the b break down - we only got the card machine receipt so we are unable to even verify if the order was taken correctly.Mochachos in Kenilworth stance is they filled the complete order.

Had a poor experience in the past. I never returned to this branch again. If it is under new ownership, I will gladly revisitYes I was in contact with the owner who clearly did take lightly to my complaint. EVENTUALLY I went via the head office to get a refund!!!! The owner simply wouldnt under any circumstances except any explanation from me. This was a few years ago. Not sure if its under the same owner ship. However ever since that experience, we never returned again and we daily in the mall.

Ate there for the first time last night on my sisters recommendation. We were a big party with a big order, they got all the meals right except they just gave everyone cokes when we had ordered a variety. I Had the shwarma! Was delish - softest freshest pita Ive ever had was like cake! Prices are very good portion sizes are huge! Will def be back.

Had it again today and the same story.THE mochachos branch in port elizabeth is excellent, kenilworth branch you should liase with that store owner if you want to make your customers happy.i am disappointed with your food and quality.i exchanged my chicken for a burger and still it was burnt and not extra hot as I ordered.
