Burgers are lovely but the service could be better. Be prepared to wait a bit, then you wont be disappointed. If they say 15 mins, it actually means 30.

Extremely dissapointedOrdered the Peacemaker and a Single Jango for my wifeRoll wasnt of the freshest batches and the patty, apart from the lack of flavoring, was way too chewie.Even my chips looked like they were fried in oil thats been standing for some time and burnt.Not forgetting that the roll and patty was cold by the time I got to the car from receiving the food which just came out of Preparation.The service level - on arrival it took a bit of a while to figure out what was going on as the manager was all over the show and kept on repeating, now with you which was abit awkward after about 5min waiting where no one greeted and acknowledged my presence.The staff that were preparing the food were extremely noisy and not at all professional in their speech to one another whom all in the line could hear. They basically went on like it was a dronk party happening therein.Also a menu outside would definitely help especially for first time buyers.After I provided this feedback to them all I got was a one line stating apologies for the experience.I mean really? One line after all that.

Top quality food from a top quality family. Headed up by none other than Mr Chocs... Burgers are epic (steak, chicken or beef). International gourmet quality for every item on the menu. Ribs are nothing but top shelf. Do yourself a favour and go try these guys out. They do the best milkshakes in town, and also now have Louisiana Wings! Open Fridays only. Order and collect only.

Epic, fall-off-the-bone, Louisiana style ribs. Sticky bbq sauce makes this dish the best ribs I had in cape town.

Its rather difficult to forget this restaurant. We had a work staff party 2 years back, and this company supplied us with food. Their burgers are the BOM! I also really enjoyed the spirit and efficiency of their staff too!

Very unwelcoming unless the owners know you personally. More concerned about having conversation with friends rather than serving customers. Made us wait for a while until someone they knew came in to collect their order before serving us. After 1 person brought our order, we had to wait another 5 minutes to pay because the other customer who came after us was served before us (however was likely due to the lady who accepts payment, was not there when we came) after we got the food, we were told the toppings we ordered via whatsapp 1 hour before, were not available (we were not informed of this prior to collection). We just accepted it, so that we could leave and when we ate our food it was dry. Unprofessional and unsatisfied. I hope they learn from this so that other customers dont leave as dissappointed as we were.

I was about to order and then noticed that no one in the truck were wearing masks or gloves. Also, there were 4 people in a very confined space. Please note PPE is not optional, especially when you preparing other peoples food. Covid-19 is still around.
