Not friendly, very racist people.

Visited Cape town from the UK and when my husband went to the pharmacy regarding a mild sunburnt area on his arm, the pharmacist said to him i am not touching you as if he was contagious and refused to examine him. Told him he needed to see a Doctor!! Wrote a complaint email to the pharmacy itself, it has now been over a week and no reply. Went to a different pharmacist in the shopping mall who diagnosed the area straightaway as mild sunburn and gave him the cream he needed and it cleared up in 2/3 days.Terrible service with an incompetent pharmacist who clearly needs more training to diagnose simple conditions that a fully trained pharmacist is expected to do.

We always get great service here. The staff go out of their way to help us even when they don’t have what we are looking for they get it in the next day.

I accompanied a friend who had such unfriendly and unhelpful service from the woman behind the prescriptions counter that we went to the Clicks Pharmacy around the corner. There we were served with the dignity that every customer deserves.Wont ever go back to Table View Pharmacy, Waterfront again.
