Dis Chem is by far my favourite pharmacy when it comes to buying medication and toiletries. The prices are good too. Their pharmacists are always friendly. I love their free delivery service,for those times when I need medication,but am not able to drive. Keep up the good work!

Best service from the pharmacist Called Chrizelda most caring most professional and gives clients the best customer care and advise ever. she clearly set the standard for Customer service. I must commend her for her services. she makes one feel so at ease and offers best advise. keep up the good work.

Great service

The pharmacists at the dispensary are extremely helpful and friendly. There is always someone on the floor whos willing to assist you.I have found the store neat and tidy. I removed a star because the parking in the mall is a nightmare, and dont DARE go there during peak hours. They bottleneck you exiting the mall, so it takes ages, and they restrict you with one ways. Ridiculous!

Waited 30 min for the clinic... shocking... this should be an in and out service - they need to practice time management better

This is a big store, very neat and lean, easy to find items and lots of staff on hand to assist. Large selection of health, beauty and lifestyle products and really good prices.

Cashier named Wendy is so unprofessional. Having private conversations and giggling while serving customers is unacceptable.

Called clinic the morning and Sister advised I can come in. NO mention to make an appointment. Wait an hour in line to which another lady arrives ready for her apparent appointment. Was not having this as I waited and still had to go fetch my son at school. The customer service was terrible thereafter.. even though I politely still thanked both the sister and lady afterwards.

Sat by the clinic for over an hour and no this is not exaggerated, its ridiculous. They must put in place an appointment system. Eventually decided to walk 3min to Clicks and got assistance. Very disappointed
