Amazing clinic services! Knowledgeable and patient sisters. The pharmacists are also quite friendly.Always some nice sales going on as well.

Ive been to this Clicks clinic twice and happened to see the same Sister. I received gentle care and great advice beyond what was required. The facility is also clean and private. I would highly recommend this Clicks clinic. The online booking system is currently terrible but a simple call will get you a booking in less than 5min.

It was very busy, but that could be because due to the fact that its the last day of the month and everyone was trying to get their end of the month shopping done. Other that its ideally located, easy to access all round the southern suburbs

Vaccination site unorganized and took hours. Arrived 8:20am and took over 3 hours. Very slow compared to other vaccination sites. Don’t waste your time unless you have an appointment

Great selection and system but getting medication during the week takes an eternity. Would rather use another pharmacy if you are in a rush.

Terrible service with the nurse for a flu shot . Clicks will spam you multiple times reminding you of an appointment.So you arrive early, spend 20 minutes in the queue, and then the nurse isnt even there for your appointment, making you wait another 25 min.So a terrible system. But the nurse was very friendly.I think clicks should reevaluate their system.

Its wierd. Its a big Clicks with everything in it but it feels cramped. Strange. Always a queue too. Maybe that is just because they are popular, not sure.

I had amazing assistance from the clicks pharmacy manager, Raeez. He was will g to help from the get go. I forgot my script and he called my hospital where I was and went the extra mile to help me with everything g I needed. The clinic sister has a certificate for excellence on her wall with regards to her sevice. I could not agree more. Her professionalism and efficiency makes one feel that you are in the right place to get help and advice.

So confused by these Frontline Essential Workers. There are 7 service points, but they Continue to use only point that are next to each other, no social distancing 🤦🏽‍♂️

I am so appalled at Clicks. For a store that sells so many different cleaning and sanitary products - the store is filthy and run badly.There is one foot-activated sanitising station at the entrance which looks filthy and THAT IS IT. This morning a man in a wheelchair without legs couldnt even sanitise his hands. There were no manual spray bottles or hand-push bottles ANYWHERE.Also, the pharmacy system with the new lockers was not advertised enough and only after standing in line did someone finally show me how the system works.I would seriously get your stores in order Clicks. This is terrible and right now I do not feel safe going there.

Nice big store and has almost everything on offer. Entrance isnt clearly marked though as one side is the exit from the till points so easy to go down that side without noticing. Luckily a very friendly staff member pointed this out to me before I went all the way. Nice and clean and isles wide enough for a pram

I have been using this clicks store for years now I have never felt so disappointed and embarrassed like Byron Phillips handled my situation.I bought headsets from the same-store end of January and at the end of February one side was broken I returned them as the tellers always advice us to keep the receipt for such incidents.He came with an attitude asking who told me I can return a broken headset I must show him now, how was I suppose to remember the last person who assisted me and I didnt even think of checking the name on the receipt. he was shouting and loud He didnt even try to listen or explain calmly that they can return or refund me I choose to walk out because he failed me as a customer That store doesnt deserve such managers if he is a manager. Im disappointed by him and the store.

My one-stop pharmacy and general beauty-related products shop. Listen, Clicks in general is great and their 3 for 2 specials are spot-on. The pharmacist and student-pharmacists are generally helpful too.

Staff are usually efficient and helpful. Queues are just often rather long and take a while.

My all time favourite clicks store. I get all my essentials here, staff are always ready to help if youre lost between the aisles. Definitely recommend and they have an in store pharmacy too

This is pretty much like any other Clicks store. It is not a terribly big Clicks but it generally has what I am looking for

Waited for about 45 minutes to be served. Ticket system issued a ticket, 4 people in front of me in the queue and only 2 people serving ticket clients. 3rd person was allowing all people to circumvent the queue and see her. Rather strange and very poor customer experience.

Update your times on Google please.

Great dispensary, with ticket system so that you can shop if there is queue. When your number is ready, they call it over the shop intercom. Wide selection of makeup, perfumes, toiletries etc.

One of the worst clicks pharmacies I have ever been to. Slow, inefficient staff.. I prefer driving to Kenilworth centre clicks if I need to go to the pharmacy, despite Cavendish being considerably closer, because of the service

You dont always get what you looking for and the staff not very informed about stock availability. The pharmacy does a wonderful job in assisting not only at the pharmacy but on the shop floor also.
